If you have morals or ethics? Don’t go here. Too many red flags to count.
- After opening our account, the first red flag was not going on with my spouse profile with joint access.
- We called into the bank and were discriminated against because we are two men on a joint account. The lady felt “uncomfortable” to talk to us and they told us we had to come into the branch.
- When they first sent my debit card, it never arrived. We waited 10 business days and they had to reorder another one. When the card finally came, it was linked to the wrong account. They had to reorder another one, it took more than 10 business days.
- After the FDIC got rid of the 6 limit transfer rule, I thought we were in the clear. We asked about all fees the day we opened the account. They never disclosed anything about the excess transfer fees.
- After coming back from Thanksgiving, we were charged $315.00 The FDIC got rid of this during COVID to help with the economy and banks have kept it to retain customers.

Customer since 2014. Every time I go to this bank they treat me extremely well and are very professional. I have personal and business accounts here. Many of the larger banks have been kinda shady over the years, but Comerica is very personal and attentive. Especially this location.

I have a checking and a savings account with this bank for four years. Last month I moved and I have seven transfers in my savings account and they closed my savings account. When I went into talk to the people about it they were very rude and uncooperative. I ended up closing both of my accounts and heading over to Chase where I am much happier now. If you need a bank where people are helpful and nice this is not the bank for you.

The worst comerica bank in whole texas , i will say they knows me from4 years ago to now , but they did not help me with my commercial account, i'm the business owner and they waist my 1 hour time , i had to pay that one hour to my employees, DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING

Where do I start? I have been with this bank for many year's when it was a smaller bank it was so nice .They charge you for everything and anything and you will hate how you can't check you balance or anything else over the phone by using your PIN numbers now you have to use it by your voice when it understands you. What a pain As for as service or managers go at this location I will pass they are very upright I will never walk in this bank and deal with the rude assistant lady heartless manager again that thinks her bank and business is the best . I'm not rich of course I would like to be more than average but you couldn't pay me to kept my money in here after no one didn't return my call from the corporate office .Just saying my experience keep your money out Co America Bank !

This location has welcoming and helpful bankers. I've been with Coamerica for over 3 yrs. N it's been great experience everytime I've been either inside or drive thru banking.
