I'd give a ZERO star if I could.
My Mom went to this discount 7/31/24 (the morning of her birthday) she had a nail in her tire, she was told it was removed and patched, they also tried to sell her a rim. The next morning (today 8/1/2024) she got to work and had a flat. She had to get a coworker to help fill her tire with air and go to the Discount in Conroe where they told her that her rim was fine and got the nail out for her. RIDICULOUS the issue should have been fixed at the first location instead they were just trying to make a sale!

I had a really good experience bringing my Jeep in to get tire maintenance. As a single woman, I'm always worried about mechanics trying to hustle me and sell services that I don't really need, but that was not the case here. I stopped in to have my LED lights checked and get a tire rotation/balance. Yes, of course they asked me about replacing wheels/tires, but I didn't feel pressured at all. They didn't try to scare me into thinking my tires were going to fall off, and I needed to spend $1500 immediately. Edgar was really helpful and explained tire/rim options, and when I said I'd consider it later, he didn't try to pressure me into spending more money than I needed to.
I went in thinking I was going to be spending at least $250-300, and at the end, my service was $56! I was really tripped out! When I am ready to replace my wheels/tires, I will definitely return.

Had a great experience with this location! Currently moving across the country and woke up to a flat tire. My husband called ahead and Christian helped get us in right away. Tire needed a patch and cost was free of charge. We were on the road a lot faster than we thought thanks to their efficiency! Highly recommend

We went to get a new tire. Ended up we needed all 4. Everyone at this location was friendly and awesome! They were busy but the turnover was fast fast fast! It was a further out location that was open during Hurricane Beryl. Nathan was our specific rep and he was really nice and had patience with the few questions we had. Thank y’all for the help!

Walk-in, had a screw in my tire. In and out in less than 45 minutes, on top of that, no charge. Very friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend this place.

Skipped me multiple times after checking in inside, just because I had a truck and trailer combination and was parked at the end of the lot.
Even helped them out and took the tire off myself, but that didn’t seem like it did anything for them.
Went ahead and put my tire back on and left.
I was there for 2 hours and didn’t want to stay any longer due to me needing to head back to Dallas.
Went down the road to a Mexican tire shop and got me in right away in and out quick.
Don’t recommend this discount tire location.

They Helped me find and beat competitors prices never felt more safe in my life riding down the street with my New wheels. Needed my tires rotated and balanced. Made the appointment online and checked in. Got here a little early and Jacob was awesome. Checked my tires, spare and windshield wipers. Explained everything to me and got me in for my service at my scheduled time. Always great service at this location. Highly recommend and definitely make the appointment online!! It saves time for sure!! Thanks for all y’all do!!!

I was initially skeptical about Discount Tire, assuming their prices were too high. I used to buy tires online or from other places and then go to a local shop for installation. However, I realized I was paying about the same or only slightly less than the prices at Discount Tire.
I decided to give Discount Tire a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. They offer competitive prices, excellent service, and an outstanding hazard warranty that local shops don’t provide. Plus, with locations everywhere, you have peace of mind if you encounter any issues while on the road.
