I have been using Enterprise for three decades; but after the recent interaction with this location I will be moving both my personal and corporate business elsewhere (last time we rented the bill was almost $2K) The management here is horrible. Rude and unprofessional with no ! business working for a brand that spends millions over the years to establish a good brand name. All our conversations with management and employees today are recorded. They will be sent to corporate and posted online to help others in making a decision if this is the kind of operation they want to do business. Seriously, corporate needs to close this location or at least find some competent, professional employees.

Enterprise went above and beyond for us. We needed a minivan last minute and Latifah went above and beyond calling other locations to find us a vehicle for our trip. She was able to have it on time and delivered to the Shenandoah location. Thank you!!! We look forward to using them again in the future.

Had to rent a vehicle for a few days in a rush as my wife's car had broken down. They were very helpful and got us a car and on our way in no time.

I find it hard to believe that there are bad reviews for this location. I believe the people that left the negative reviews for this location have either mistaken the location or it was just directed at Enterprise directly, because Tim and the manager are truly masters at what they do. I have been renting from them for about 2 months on and off due to an accident and have been dealing with the worst insurance company out there, State Farm. Tim and the manager did everything in their power and went after my insurance company to make sure they paid up. They even sat there for over 20 minutes on hold with them to resolve my issues with my worthless insurance company. Every time I needed a carthey made sure I got what I needed. This location is top notch! I have owned a business for over 25 years and know first hand how hard it is to get people on your team like them. I would hire them in a heartbeat. Thank y'all for the amazing first class service. Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you!!!

Based on the service with this branch, I would suggest you rent elsewhere. After multiple requests, I am still waiting for the return of my deposit on the vehicle, as well as, the last day rental which was charged to my card after one of the associates told me it would not be charged. Currently, I'm on the phone, having been on hold for 30 minutes (which has been common with this location) While the representatives were nice enough the follow through on their promises falls far short of what they say. Before I returned the vehicle, I called to ask if they could give me a ride back home. They assured me they would; but when I arrived not only did they NOT give me a ride back home (AFTER SPENDING $2000.00 on rental car) The manager of the location was on the phone, went her office and left me sitting there alone in the lobby for 30 minutes. I've used Enterprise for 20 years... This wasn't the service I've come to expect from other locations. After talking with the manager 3 days later, the rating has been lowered to 1 STAR! Choose another rental car company, or at least another location. As for Lisa S. with the automated response, "YES" there are several things you could do, starting with calling a customer that just spent $2,000 with your company.

I appreciate the opportunity to share a testimonial regarding my experience with a car rental company. On two occasions, I found myself at their location due to unfortunate car accidents. However, I must commend their exceptional level of accommodation and customer service. Upon informing them of the number of children in my party and the space requirements, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.During my time of need, I specifically required a minivan, and to my surprise, the staff promptly initiated a proactive search by reaching out to various stores to arrange its delivery. Their dedication and willingness to assist left me in a state of awe, gratitude, and deep appreciation.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to every member of the team who played a part in ensuring that we were well taken care of during this challenging period. Their reassuring presence and unwavering support provided immense comfort when we needed it most. Once again, I express my sincerest gratitude for their invaluable assistance during this trying time.

Very sad to see what Enterprise has become. Terrible customer service on the beginning of the rental. Finally when we got the car it has holes in the floor and smells like a dead body, cigarettes and nose piercing cleaning solution. Sat on hold for 10 minutes then again 20 minutes today. No answer. You’ve lost a longtime customer.

I Set a reservation over the weekend for pickup on Monday afternoon and when arriving to the location there was no cars available for me. Once one was found the woman behind the counter was mad cause I was using a debit card and was very rude the entire time. I will never use enterprise rent a car ever again. I didn't even get a car from them because of her attitude towards me,and she was refusing me service cause my driver's license had a Crack on the corner all info was visible on my driver's license. I am glad I discovered turo for my rental no problems renting from them and all people was very courteous.

Horrible customer service… they never have a car available, they don’t respect the type of car you reserve….. they love to play with the time of customers… they tell you something and later they say something else…this location is the worsts……

I needed a truck after my was totaled, called them said they closed at twelve let them I was on my way they waited for me to get there. I ask them about a truck they had one they just had cleaned, started my paper work in and out in 15 minutes, extremely curtious and friendly, should I need to rent again they will have my business .

I have rented a number of cars for work trips through this Enterprise and I cant rate their service and hospitality highly enough. Each visit the process has been very smooth, the staff are all very friendly and work effeciently! On my last visit Estafani arranged a free upgrade for a vehicle which was a really nice gesture! (The original vehicle I booked was available)

This location is great. I live about 20-30 minutes away from this location and I would rather go there. Latifah is amazing and goes above and beyond to help her customers out. She was able to get me a car fast when the other location canceled on me last minute. She is more than 5 stars!

I reserved a vehicle to be picked up for a twelve hour road trip my family and I had planned. On our way to this location for pickup, they called and told us that they had no vehicle for us. Then, the young lady left us on hold for over an hour when we asked her to help us to find another location that actually had the rental that we needed. We eventually just hung up and it was left up to us to find a replacement. It was so stressful and we had no help from the company to rectify their mistake.

Their service was on point. I arrived an hour early and they all worked together to get me in my rental as quick as possible. The staff was very professional and courteous. Since I was going to be driving it 1500 miles away, they called me the next day to make sure we got to our destination safe and that we had zero issues with the car. I 100% recommend this location. You wont be disappointed.
