“I’m pleased that they’ve updated their return policy. It used to be “no returns or exchanges” but they’ve changed it. I don’t think it’s realistic for any retail chain to have a policy like that unless they’re going out of business or it’s a clearance item. I went in to exchange a sterling silver chain I’d bought that was too short for the look I was trying to achieve. It was 7 days after purchase (you have a 14 day deadline as stated on the back of the receipt), so they exchanged the item for the one I wanted with no problems. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. ????”

“Look no further for special jewelry, watches or watch repairs, especially Rolex and especially vintage watches you may have acquired, are beautiful, but not working. Don’t leave them in the drawer!I’ve searched and searched to repair a vintage 1939 Rolex rose gold dress watch which is of course not waterproof that I bought 20 years ago in England. (I jumped in a pool wearing it by accident and it was damaged beyond repair, or so I thought.) Rusty mechanics and stained rusty face. I was told it could not be fixed by a jeweler So left it in a drawer.I was heart broken.Came upon Mr Frank and team thru research and guilt and I am so grateful it has been repaired and restored to its former glory. It looks beautiful considering it’s 80 years old and working like a charm now! Such a special watch to me and I am thrilled.Frank is highly trained (in Switzerland) and highly skilled with years of experience, a lovely gentleman and it’s clear he loves anything watches and jewelry.I love watches myself and won’t go anywhere else now I’ve found his lovely shop….”
“What a great big mall. So much to look at. There is a cafe, but it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are always walking around the mall seeing if anyone needs help. We found a few items to take home. There are some great deals here. You just have to look for them. We enjoyed our time here. We will be back!”
“Went in to have cheap ring to be sized trying to get it to fir better.Since it was a (ebay buy ) cutting and resize wasn't an option. It is a vampire dires ring means alot to me and came with a warm welcome and got a fix on it. And it no longer slides ? no charge such a grate staff loveing and just wanted to make me day and that they did thankyou guys ?? ”
“I love driving past this store I believe I uploaded a photo in 2015 I just fell in love with it it always stood out to me. I did an ancestry and found out I am German so I have been looking through their goodies to see the types of foods they eat and the decor they have. The cookies candies and the decor is amazing and the craftsmanship is amazing. I was told that we can order online call the store and drive up and they will bring me my items. Only got to step in once a long time ago but with four kids and a huge van I don't want accident with my car being on the side of the road. I have talked to the owner in the past very nice and very helpful. Explained anything that I didn't understand or an item I was hesitant to try.”

“I absolutely love Brownlee Jewelers. I first went here a couple of years ago to have my mom’s wedding ring fixed and sized to me for my wedding. I was extremely nervous leaving that ring with just anyone, but on the suggestion of one of my friends I went there. I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted. My ring came back so quickly and beautifully done. I’ve been back to have another ring fixed, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the craftsmanship to the customer service this place is amazing.”
