I need the manager or corporate office to call me. I called the location today and am waiting on a return call. I have a very serious situation and need resolution. Just a few seconds after Marisa inserted the needle for my blood draw, I felt sharp, burning hot pain in my wrist, then it radiated up my arm. I immediately started telling her I was feeling a very sharp burning pain in my wrist and arm and started crying. She continued and by the time she completed the draw the pain was radiating from my hand, wrist, forearm, and up to my upper arm. The pain is like shocks, needles poking me and is very painful. I left in pain and now, 48 hrs. later, I still cannot use my arm for driving the steering wheel, holding my phone, picking things up, eating, or if I just move it the wrong way, etc. the sharp pain and nerve shocks is still present and on fire, today!! I need to go to a physician to see what needs to be done and LabCorp needs to cover the cost of this. I need to file a claim with LabCorp and move forward to get this resolved. Marisa was in a rush, incompetent, and didn't care what she had done. She should have removed the needle immediately. Never have I had something like this happen to me. I expect a phone call and a resolution.

Hopefully I can spare somebody some pain. My dr. sent me to this location. No appt., got in pretty quickly. I get my blood drawn pretty frequently. This was the absolute worst. After digging around one arm, up down, sideways, she said, let's try the other arm. Again, I'm not even sure she was looking for a vein, just digging around. She never got on drop of blood,. I told her we were done and she wasn't surprised. Probably happens a lot.
I still need to get my bloodwork.

Easy process and the nurses here taking blood are absolutely amazing! I almost passed out (and my 2 yr old was with me) and they took such great care of me and him as they were helping me come back to feeling normal. They didn't have to do that so I just wanted to say Thank You ladies to whoever helped me and my little guy that day!

I was seen by a heavy set white nurse. When I arrived I greeted her and asked how she was doing and she had a rude attitude. Okay sometimes that happens, but already the rude attitude is uncomfortable for patients. I had gone to get tested for allergies. I was given paperwork and when I handed it to her she in a rude tone and INCREDIBLY condescending manner told me I was at the wrong place. And I said okay very understanding and apologized because it was on me, I understand. But listen, while on one of my papers at the top it said to go to quest, in my packet I was given a FULL paper with three locations stating that I could freely go to any of the three for the testing. While that’s on my allergist and not on labcorp, she did not address me with any compassion. After I said I understood, she continued to point out the paper stating how they don’t do the tests again in a rude tone. After I had already said politely that I understood. Then to be lighthearted I said “maybe since it’s raining the other location won’t be too busy!” since today it is pouring rain. She laughed at me and said “you’re cute”. Beyond condescending. And beyond disgusting behavior for a medical worker. I don’t know what you were going through but you don’t know what I am going through either. After her comment I just said mhmm and walked out. I handled it very respectfully but honestly I wish I called her out. I got to my car and teared up from the experience. It’s not the worst I’ve been through but it wasn’t something I deserved or wanted to go through that morning. Because of your behavior you ruined my morning and I will never go to that location again. I would consider having a refresher on basic etiquette. From the beginning I was kind to you. I am young but I am not a child nor would a child be deserving of that treatment. You spoke to me as if I were a naive child when I am not one. It was a simple mistake and you could have treated me differently. It’s easier to be kind. Incredibly disappointing and disgraceful.

Their systems were down for days, no notification or notice of any sort. Showed up for appointment fasting only to be turned away since they can't access faxes - labcorp wide issue that wasn't fixed or addressed.

Horrible service. Had to wait an hour to get a UDS. As a nurse myself, I know UDS doesn’t take more than 15 mins including documentation. Barely had other customers in lobby but still took an hour.

The white lady at the reception is a racist. I was number 3 in line and in the computer because I was the only black person she skipped me and made me stay for about an hour when attended to more than 10 people that came after me. I asked few people if they had prior appointments and they said no. Sad that some humans are still racist despite their exposure. I will never ever go there again. Karma is real. That's all I can say. I will never recommend anyone. Imagine, I work in the hospital and I take good care of any race without reserve. Now I understand what people have been saying about them. That white lady at the front desk is a big time racist. Treat your customers equally and stop that racism. Karma will catch up with. I feel so sad because after working 12hours shift, I got there 7:25am so as to hurry and go home and get some rest but she careless rather skipping me and was busy attending every other person. She's Horrible place. Some people need to be retrained on how to treat people irrespective of race. I regretted going there after work I would rather drive two hours away when I would be treated like human than to go there again.

This understaffed location conducts business in an unprofessional manner. I visited this establishment for a pre-employment screening. First, I checked in online then waited in the lobby well over my appointment confirmation time, then was called into the lab, then sent back out again by Marissa, to wait again in the lobby due to a screening classification issue on their end. There were only two employees working here at a given time, which is severely inadequate for the amount of patients requesting service. I wasted nearly an hour of my time waiting here as other visitors were serviced before me, even though I arrived much sooner. I will never again come to this location.

Arrived at 7:35pm on Thursday 1/9. I have no idea who attended me for blod work, other than this person was not courteous at all. She was passed off that I sat at her chair (I did not recognize the patient chair), then tied a torniquete around my elbow to seal the puncture. That's all she said. No other words. I get it, you may not be a morning person, but leave your issues outside the lab and use basic good and acceptable manners to treat people. Kindness is free and earns you a lot in life.

I wouldn’t recommend this location went in to do lab work and got a call a few days later I needed to go back in and redo my labs. I called multiple times for several days straight to verify the reason and got no response! I put in a corporate claim and no response either through there corporate services. Due to privacy concerns and no response I wouldn’t be using this location again and wouldn’t recommend them as they cannot communicate over the phone or communicate patient issues!

Never had this happen. Arrived on time for blood draw and the technician (Constance)could not move forward because the coding for one of my blood tests was not complete. She explained I had to go across the street to their other LabCorp where there are technicians who can better assist. The technician at the 2nd location was surprised and I was asked to check in. Tech 2 said “but we’re the same company,” and I shrugged. So what was supposed to be a 15-minute appointment is now going beyond. Bottom line: something isn’t right w LabCorp’s operations. Also, there is an over- reliance on kiosks & non-human contact, not singular to LabCorp but frustrating when you watch frail individuals struggle and no one around to assist. It all ended better when Tech 2, Giovanna, a very professional person, took care of me. I’m to receive a follow-up call from Tech 2’s mgr asking more details of how I was shuffled. Giovanna said there was no reason Tech 1 couldn’t have done the blood labs as ordered. I lost an additional hour but it’s done. As a follow up, Monica, the manager called me to ask what happened that I was shuffled to her location. She spent the time explaining what may have happened and apologized for the lack of clear communication among the teams. She was professional and kind. I appreciated her call.

Website and phone number say they drug screen until 4:30, arrived at 4:06 and was told they stop drug testing at 4. Waste of my time and fuel to drive over so they can close up early.
