Not the best experience, for sure, I must have been there at the wrong time. All three checkout clerks working at the time are in desperate need of basic customer service training. Two of the three women behind the counter were completely disengaged, unapproachable, and showed no interest in assisting customers. It genuinely felt like they were there for decoration purposes rather than to work or assist anyone on the floor.
Their lack of interaction, courtesy, and basic professionalism made the experience uncomfortable and negative. This level of service is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
