We found our shoe store. This Nordstrom is neat, clean, and organized. There are so many varieties of shoes, brands, and styles, and at reasonable prices.

Went in to pick up an order and I was unaware they changed the pickup location, so when I got to the cashier, she told me the pickup was at the fitting rooms and that I should’ve read the sign. Felt very impersonal and rude, plus the “sign” was a small white frame on the back on the register behind another sign, like who gonna see that? So I go to the fitting rooms, and the girl working the go backs didn’t even look my way, so I left. Honestly I’ve given this location a lot of chances and I’m done. Get it together.

Horrible customer experience today. I came in to return a pair of jeans. The older cashier with the round shaped glasses then proceeded to accuse me of them being worn jeans by saying “are they worn? They look worn.” I politely responded that I tried them on as one does with clothing. Teach your employers to not accuse customers!!!
