Came here to shop with my child, and the workers were blasting “We Can’t Stop” by Miley Cyrus. I’m not one to judge music taste, but this is a kids store. There were children of all ages in there, and that song includes references to drugs, and other themes that are definitely not kid-appropriate. It was just really unprofessional for the setting.
On top of that, not everyone has social media to keep up with their flip-flopping selling hours. It’s frustrating that they keep wasting parents’ time by changing time. Every time I visit, the workers get more unfriendly — even with adults. It’s supposed to be a children’s store, so why does everyone working here act so miserable?
This was my last time coming here. The staff at Buy Buy Baby are way more friendly, consistent, and communicative.

First time shopping here. Great selection, and we ended up spending $67 on clothes, so there were definitely some good finds. However, the customer service wasn’t very welcoming. We asked two simple questions since it was our first visit, and the staff seemed irritated, almost like they didn’t want to help. Other reviews mentioned this too, and I’d have to agree. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it definitely made it less enjoyable.

I’ve tried to sell here for three days in a row and every single time was a waste of time.
Day 1: I arrived before closing and was told they stop taking buying at 5pm.
Day 2: There was an accident off the highway, so I was 1–2 minutes late — understandable. But while I was there, I saw a customer asking multiple times for a toy on the top shelf, and the worker kept saying they’d get it down… then completely ignored her after she finished shopping. Not a good look.
Day 3: I came even earlier since it had already been three days, only to be told they now stop taking sellers at 4pm — something they never mentioned before.
Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent selling times, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back. I come here cause it’s the closest but guys just sell somewhere else.

ok so this place is so not put together , please hire people that’s more bubbly with great attitude. nobody speaks , when you ask a question they make you feel like your bothering them , they just all together don’t make you feel welcomed , so why would i spend my money in a place that’s not appropriated of my me or my coins .. so I politely put my things back got my kids & walked out . NO THANK YOU I WILL NOT BE BACK! This my 3rd time & it’s just a no .

One of the messiest locations I've been to. The front end, the shoe section, the books, its all over flowing and not organized. Its like they're buying everything but dont have anywhere to put the inventory. The employees aren't friendly either, they just look at you like zombies. I walked out within 10 mintues, I couldn't shop.

You are limited to 1 bin when you sell and you are not allowed to sell unless you stay in the store. So if the wait time is 1-2+ hours you have to stay there until they are done with your bin. It’s not right at all. You used to be able to drop off and come back before the end of the day. I wouldn’t sell or buy from this place.

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could it is extremely messy/ unorganized and very rude staff! I see this place closing by next year because of how cluttered it is, and so many boxes of junk blocking the aisles and by the way all the nicer clothes are all hidden away in the very back and priced more than what you’d pay at Walmart or Target. I brought in an entire bag of newborn and 0-3 month clothes - they were all gently used and they didn’t take but 3 items saying “they have Soooo much of this size in store” but I’d literally just looked over that section and there was hardly ANY 0-3 month boy clothes at all! And this isn’t just a one time thing, I’ve visited here 5 times over the past year and every time is worst than the last. I officially hate this store and will not be retuning !

Next time yall go and they are rude like everyone has said just start pushing all the stuff off the counters and ripping off all the clothes off the hangers. Make a huge mess so they can clean it all up for their nasty attitudes and invite all your friends to do the same! HAHAHA

Just left this location and was very disappointed. I walked into a mom with two baby twins asking for help with reaching an item to purchase. The silence and blank stares she received were unprofessional. (She gathered the items herself). After checking in I was told you can no longer leave the store and return when selling items. Hoping this new information is posted soon so the moms carrying items and their babies are not inconvenienced, by having to turn right back around and reload.

I have been to this store many times and every time it gets worse. Firstly, I take my 2 children under 2 years old with me, and they are blasting disgusting music that no children should be listening to. It’s even been so loud that my son has cried. The workers are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The place is dirty and unorganized. After giving this store many chances I will no longer be shopping here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hate is the nicest word i could use to describe their service and staff. I went in to sell a few things and immediately the guy tells me I can't sign in until all items are brought in. I had an old bassinet in good condition but disassembled and was told to put it together there. I told him i have really bad arthritis and no way I could do it. I also had a brand new booster seat and immediately called me out to tell me it's against the law to buy them. Both reps had stank face and make the customer feel like crap. Worst service ever, especially to those that are disabled and struggle to carry items in to the store in hopes of giving it a longer life for others to buy at an affordable price. Never again will I come here. Beware of selling to them.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE, they will give way less than you think even for bigger items you may have purchased, very rude and not helpful at all. Your better off donating your baby's clothes/gear at least people who do appreciate getting them...and not affordable either, they sell you the cheapest than can and then jack up the prices....even if your just wanting store credit they still dont give you squat to buy more clothes for your child

Like any used clothing store it’s going to have its days…some days I bring things in and they only take a few things…others a lot. Some trips I get lots of goodies, some days only a few but that’s not a reflection of them that’s the way reselling is. That being said I was SO pleased my last trip with the boy section! Boys always have slim pickings but I found a great carhartt coat, a Northface sweater so many amazing boy clothes. And yes they were busy with buys but they were very kind about it. I was happy with my trip!
