Took my daughters clothes in most of them she hasn’t worn or tags were just taken off . When walking in there was two buys infront of us I had my 4 month olds box of clothes my daughters laundry basket of clothes and a shoe box . They told me my buy would take anywhere from an hr to an hr 30 to go thru . Not even 30 mins later I get a text after hearing three girls complainin about how “overwhelmed they are” and the “buys keep coming” loud enough for everyone to hear very unpleasant and professional. Js for me to get my daughters bin of clothes back the top two items js thrown on top to make it looked gone thru and the rest laid flat they couldn’t give me any reasonings as to why my daughters clothes new with tags were passed on I took my items and left !!! NEVER AGAIN ? . Highly recommended kid to kid ! Very friendly && very professional compared to this !

The quality and the pricing related to selling and buying items has declined. The customer service is sub par and the knowledge based does not exist. If you want people to continue to support and sell items to your store, your staff should be able to identify quality when they see it. Not all of us are hurting for money or care about what we are getting when we come to sell. In fact, some of us just hate to see quality items go to waste. However, I’d rather give my items to Goodwill than to have this store underprice items they are just going to resell in the store for triple the price. Please do better.

Just had the most horrible experience here at Once Upon a Child. Called the previous day asking if they were receiving clothes to buy and the woman on the phone said yes. I then perceived to ask if I can bring them in the day after and she said yes. Packed all of my sons close up, which was about three boxes, and was hauling them in. Taken into account no one help me open the door or held the door for me. They just watch me struggle to come in. Once I got into the store, two women proceeded to tell me that they’re not accepting clothes today. I told them that a woman on the phone yesterday told me to bring in clothes today so that I can sell them and they said you must have the wrong Store. I didn’t quote the address to the store I was standing in and the woman rudely corrected what the street name was and said well yes that is the store But we’re not taking anything today. I didn’t start to walk out, and the woman rolled her eyes at me and again no one help me open the door or anything while I was hauling three boxes, and holding my son’s hand. Worst customer service I’ve ever received here, and will not be returning, regardless of what they offer.

I have only come to this store a handful of times. I haven't tried to sell anything, only purchase. It is a little frustrating how close together the aisles are. Hard to even get their shopping cart down some. It feels a little too chaotic to make me want to frequent it more. The employees were perfectly polite. From my most recent trip I realized a pair of pants still has a censor on it. I only bought 3 things so it seems she should have noticed before putting it in the bag. Mistakes happen. Not a big deal. I'll do better at double checking. Prices feeling a little high & the store being too crowded is the reason for a star off.

Walked in and no one at the counter said hello. The isles are hard to get through as they are so close together and the clothes are so jam packed on the racks it's hard to look. I left in a hurry because the place smells HEAVILY of synthetic fragrances. Not sure what they are trying to cover up.

Do not waste your time selling clothes here. I came in with no one in line and an almost empty store and was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Almost 45 minutes after my check in time, they finally finished looking through the one basket and 3 or 4 large items I brought in. Half of the clothes they rejected due to "stains and wear". These clothes were all clean and in great condition. Then, they tried to offer me $18 for a like-new swing that cost over $100 (thank you, no). They also rejected a brand new bassinet because they said it wouldn't turn on. It does - they just didn't want to figure it out. I'm juggling a baby that has reached the end of her patience after an hour at this place, so I don't even want to mess with it at this point. Such a frustrating experience and you absolutely get next to nothing for your items.

So I’ve been burned by this place before and I’ve been coming here for many many years. My daughter is about to outgrow this place as my other two already have so that’s how long I’ve been coming. They hardly ever buy any newborn clothes because they have so much, so I went through all of that years ago….learned about keeping everything UN folded flat Etc. etc. I even learn to call ahead to make sure that they’re buying and what they’re buying and what they’re not because I’ve been burned that way. I got there at open after sitting in the parking lot trying to be the first one. I checked the door to make sure there were no notes saying we’re only buying this or we’re only taking (how many) bins . No note on the door either after my previous phone call. I unloaded my bins by door and wait .I walk in the door with my large bin and two small bins and they say it’s only two bins and they’re rude to me. I figured out that the girls at the front are lazy and they don’t want to take anything because it makes more work for them because they have to tag and hang all that stuff so it’s in their interest to not take anything. Maybe management should be more present at the front ….the way these girls are so rude to customers. You would make way more money and have more happy customers.

Being polite when communicating with customers is free, you should try that.

They are so rude. I called ahead after being burned a number of times by this place to make sure what they are taking . I called ahead the day before and then get there and they have a two bin limit per day and never told me that when I called. I loaded my car when my son was off because I can't, I had back surgery and then they won't take but two of their laundry baskets. I was in line at the door before they even opened and all these people skipped ahead of me signing in because I was moving stuff to their laundry bin. Beware! That's poor customer service and poor communication. Then they make you stay in store while my stuff should've been first. What is management thinking?

Terrible. I freshly washed and placed clothes to sell in a bin and didn’t fold any clothes like they asked. All flat in the bin organized. I have a husky so naturally dog hair is on a few things, they wouldn’t even buy stuff without dog hair because one woman was allergic. The same lady who said I had too many clothes but they all fit in their “one bin policy” and other staff helped because they saw she’s being quite rude and ridiculous.

We bought a few items. Kid to Kid has a better brand selection. This location doesn’t offer a military discount unlike other locations.

My wife went today, awful experience. Disrespected her and her time. The ladies that work here hate their jobs and hate you for coming in. Don’t make the mistake of coming here.

Huge inventory of kids clothing but they were playing extremely loud inappropriate music for a children's store. It was bizarre and I would not recommend this store unless they change this!

Came here with my Wife and my son and as soon as we entered they tod us we needed to unpack everything and lay everything down, so basically doing half of the job for them. While I'm there doing half of the job for them, an elderly woman came in and it was greeted the same way, she even asked for help and the store Karen said "We will not that work from you" obviously she left. Not my first time at a Once Upon a Child location but DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, save your time. This location needs a new Manager with RESPECT and EXCELLENT costumer service. I know they don't care but they making the costumers do half of the job for them, and at the end they come with an excuse saying "Oh we didn't took some of it because it smells or we have to many of those" simply go somewhere else, save the headache and bad costumer service. Absolutely unbelievable service.
