This is a great PetSmart. It’s large and very well stocked. The staff is wonderful and so very friendly and helpful. There’s always someone close by to direct you to where products are and to help with anything you need assistance with, whether it’s figuring out how to use the custom tag engraving machine, to picking the right fish or plants for your particular aquarium setup, or assist in suggesting the right leash or toy selection - I can assure you, they’re right there to assist you. I haven’t used the grooming salon here simply because my dog, Barnabas, doesn’t require actual grooming due to his breed & coat type (thankfully 😉) but they look busy and the kiddos leaving with their freshly cut and styled do’s look fresh & fly ☺️

I am very disappoint, I dont know the lady's name but one of the associates was very rude and racist. I walked in with my baby very excited to get him his first fishes and she made me walk out very upset, and of course I didn't get the fishes. Is so sad that there still people like her in plces like this where you mostly go for your kids

I arrived at 7:01PM on a Sunday, one min after it closed and the staff was yelling at me that store was closed. When talking to the manager, she said that the registers shut down at 7. When I asked her about the customers that are already in the store she said that she can service those customers. The level of dissatisfaction of customer service from both the manager, and the staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced my life. I don’t ever plan on going to Petsmart ever again.

Took Zena for grooming, and she looks good. I was glad to be able to schedule her appointment the same day and even though they were really busy, she was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to drop her off and run my Saturday errands with ease.
Next time, I'll ask them to trim more of the hair from her face and around her mouth.
Overall, the service was good.

Petsmart call in acess of three to four calls a day when on vacation.Than put my cat and charge me a vet charge without my permission. I would advise from predatory practice by Petsmart.

It is incredibly inconsiderate that the groomer doesn’t show up on time for the first morning appointments and it’s careless that there is no one else in the store to make her accountable or to call and check on her. I have a very anxious dog that I am sitting here with while our groomer is 20 minutes late and counting.
