People in here are great. BUT for over two years they’ve been promising an upgraded hitting bay. The PGA store down in Galleria area has a great hitting bay. And guess what a good hitting bay does? It’s a generator to get people into the store. Sadly the last two or three times coming to the Woodlands PGA nobody came to set up for me. So I just left after hitting balls without a computer tracker.Which reminds me, 75~80 percent of the time the camera doesn’t work in the hitting bay either. I’ll not be renewing my hitting bay here next here. FYI, I’ve probably bought over $1,000 of apparel over the past year here.

The experience I had at the PGA Tour Super Store in the Woodlands was amazing. I spent hours trying a variety of different clubs and shafts. The salesman (Lewis Rogers) was very knowledgable and patient. He made the entire experience very enjoyable. With the 90 day warrenty on new clubs, and the very friendly staff, makes all the difference in the world when purchasing high end golf equipment. Will be doing all my golf purchases at this store in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I have been coming here for all of my golf needs for about two years now, and I have not had a bad experience yet. The staff on the floor and in the shop have all been awesome, and they always take really good care of me.I recently traded my golf irons in and walked out with something that was fit perfectly for me. Shoutout to Scott, he’s old school and really knows what he is doing, you can trust him. I had a small doubt in my mind that was eating away at me with the irons I walked out with, so I chose to go in and do an iron fitting in the studio. I wanted to clear my mind with a second opinion and with the use of more technology.Turns out that the irons that Scott fit me for, were exactly what was best for me, and that was totally independent analysis. Shoutout to Joseph in the studio, definitely go and see him if you want to see your swing and best options broken down in detail.Tyler, one of the managers there, is golden. He is super helpful, knowledgeable, and is a great asset to that store. He recommended both Scott and Joseph to me, he will not steer you wrong, and I as hardheaded as they come.

Took my broken Ping driver shaft in to see if Ping would warranty it . Spoke with Danette at the front counter, she immediantly got on the phone with Ping and got all the neccesary paper work filled out for me. Then I went back to the hitting bays and Mark suggested I try a slightly stiffer shaft. After hitting the stiffer shaft a few times , ( a tour Chrome 2.0) he suggested that Ping would probably let me switch to the stiffer shaft. Back to the front counter where Danette got Ping on the phone again , and again got all the paperwork filled out for me.Both Danette and Mark both went above and beyond to take care of me. Much appreciated, 5 stars

I wanted to take a moment to express how pleased I am with my fitting experience conducted with Joseph (Joe) Arce. I was hesitant coming into the experience as I am a high handicap player. Joseph was patient with me and extremely professional throughout the process. I really liked how he didn’t try to push me into anything or any particular direction just to make a sale. He used his personal knowledge along with the trackman technology to pair me with clubs that fit my body and swing. His knowledge, methodology, and professionalism made me trust him and the fitting process 100%.I will recommend anyone to go see him at the Woodlands store!

I can never get help. I’ve spent over $3000 in this store and nobody has the time of day for you. Nobody knows anything, they ask another associate, they don’t know… I really believe it’s that they don’t care. Do yourself a favor and take your business to another store that actually cares!

I made a purchase and was told at the register that the price was not the same as indicated on the display. Showed the manager and he reluctantly gave me the posted price, not what was on the bar code. Made me feel I was the one who made the mistake. They handed out special discount coupons with items excluded on the coupon. I could not use the discount on any if the items I wanted even though they were not on the excluded list. Think I'll shop else where and see if they are better.

Many things to like here. But they lied or at the very least misled about the hitting bay being upgraded. It's 6 - 9 months over due. I would have gone to Dicks or elsewhere if I knew they were going to not improve.

Mark and Danette are absolutely amazing. The Customer Service is always top tier. The products and availability is always there for the most part. Great selection of the newest and best products the golf industry has to offer. Tony, the professional instructor, is an absolute expert and can help ANY golfer at ANY level. He’s done wonders for my golf game. The Woodlands location is truly one of a kind.

Tony Vinzant is highly recommended as an instructor. He works with my son and has a great way of teaching him the right way to visualize and execute the golf swing. He also makes it fun and is imparting the love of the game to my son.

They are way better than Par. Shane is an Asst. there. Ask for him. I had a small issue and he took it upon himself to make it go away. They have tons of merchandise and plenty of good associates working the floor..

Lots of inventory but little help. Walked around for 30 minutes with two expensive clubs in hand and couldn't get anyone to help me. Finally left and went to Golf Galaxy and was helped immediately and made my purchase.

We came here for the first time. The store is very organized and clean. It has a large inventory of merchandize. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
