2025 Toyota Camry XSE. Passenger rear door glass and small triangle glass replacement needed due to vandalism.
The car door was damaged because of the glass replacement. While the tech was vacuuming the glass out from inside the door panel he applied pressure to the door panel body that caused ripples/waves at the bottom outside facing body panel.
I filed a warranty complaint and was told they’ll do an investigation and call me back. I have NOT received a callback.
Lastly, there is excessive wind noise that needs to be fixed.
Total cost $500 for glass.

Recently used this location to replace my back glass window( kids broke) With me previously using this service before I didn’t think twice about returning. This visit was a lot different, I booked my appointment online at 8 AM for a 12 to 5 service. I noticed around one, I didn’t receive a text message or a call, saying what time they’ll be here. I had to reach out to customer service four times before the tech was a no-show and I had to leave my car overnight without a window. I contacted the shop early the next morning to find out what happened. To the manager’s credit, she was just as upset as I was. She was very apologetic for the tech not showing up. They were able to reschedule me same day and Christopher did a wonderful job. I would still definitely recommend using them. I would just make sure to follow up with customer service once you book an appointment online.

Mike came promptly to our appointment to replace my windshield. He was courteous and explained exactly what he was going to be doing. He also explained what he actually did after the service. He was quick and professional. Thanks Mike!

Super easy website for setting up service. Cost to replace my windshield was about 30% less than expected. The technician was courteous and provided quality work.

Customer service is excellent. The techs were knowledgeable. There might be cheaper places but if anything goes wrong Safelite has got you covered.
