Honestly don’t understand where all the bad reviews are coming from, I went in today and I was treated so so nicely! The lady working there (wish I got her name) walked me through all the heat protectors they have to offer and was incredibly sweet. Would come here again! For those reviews complaining and getting upset of the store being closed due to having their lunch breaks. Please note that the people working here are also human, standing for 8 or more hours is totally understandable for them to have breaks specially when being short staffed. I live 45 minutes away from this location and will most definitely be making the drive to visit again(:

Racial profiling in this store. Every time I shop in this store, the same white female employee walks pass me several times like I am there steal. I will speak to the manager about this.

Really clean, fully stocked when I went in. A lady named Eva helped and she was great, real nice and took the time to help me as well as the other people in the store. My daughters first time dying her hair and the buying experience was memorable, thanks.

I used to go to this store, depending on where I was at the time, because there are two Sally stores near my home. The last time I was there, I selected my products and went to the register. The young lady told me the manager left to "run an errand" and didn't know when she would be back. she also stated she didn't know how to work the register! I asked her a question about some product I was curious about, and she said she didn't know about the products in the store. she tried calling the manager twice and the manager did not answer her phone. what an irresponsible manager! I don't have time to wait on an employee to "run an errand" on company time. I'm not shopping at this location anymore.
