I had a cake done for my 4 year old granddaughter, this cake was so dry , it also had no taste to this cake and it was uneven, I'm so disappointed, will never get another cake here.

Omg, this Sams has a new manager! His name is Jose and he is GREAT. He is professional, courteous, empathetic and thorough just to say a little! If your a business he will make sure you are taken care of!!

IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK & MANAGERWent to renew my membership and to return an item at the customer service desk. There were two women: one black with red hair (the permanent clerk at that desk), and the other one with blonde hair. We were 3 customers in the line. These clerks left with their own customers supposedly to help them with something, but never returned. After 10 minutes, I called the store's manager attention, and he simply said: "They will be there soon". Of course, they did not return.PURPOSELY DELAYThe black clerk while still supposedly helping the same customer from a regular cashier register, stared at me several times, like with entitled attitude, "YOU CAN LEAVE. I AM NOT COMING BACK THERE. For the time I left (20 minutes) there were 7 different customers waiting.How can a clerk from customer service be away from her desk for so long, and with so many people waiting? She should be permanently at her desk and not at a regular register with the same customer for that long.OTHER CUSTOMERS UPSETThere was also another Asian lady shouting upset about it, and the two customers behind me were not happy either. But of course, the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. That's why this clerk does whatever she wants, because she knows she can get away with it. I feel she does it on purpose, because there was almost a mirror situation like a year ago with same clerk, same manager. Perhaps, she remembers and does it on purpose because I complained for that time too.Then, I called the blonde's attention while she was walking toward the exit, who finally came back to help me.I might just get a membership from Costco.

We love your store and shop here often. Friendly, and helpful employees. I have been buying my Members Mark Honey and Vanilla Greek Yogurt at this location. The problem is, it is no longer available. Why? It’s my favorite one. I’m very disappointed. Please bring it back.

As I was getting my wallet out at the cash register, the employee checking me out said "you can go ahead and start putting things in your cart" as if this was my job? My understanding was that I place my groceries on the belt, the employee scans and places them in the cart, but apparently we also have to do their job for them. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Check expiration dates on everything. This is the second time I’ve bought items that were a month from expiration. Wouldn’t matter much except they were to be Christmas gifts but will expire before Christmas. I called and the lady rudely just said bring the stuff back. I don’t have time to return things so I’ll just have to check those dates. I don’t understand why they would sell items so close to expiring. Not good business.

I’ll never do curbside ever EVER again. After waiting nearly 2 hours for my order, even then going inside to give them extra time, also tried to wait in line at customer service to get help (that line was horrendously long and wasn’t moving) I couldn’t talk to anyone. My husband had to go in the store and grab our curbside order himself. The employees didn’t want to do their jobs. Our order has been sitting there the entire time and kept getting skipped. Unbelievable

Awesome Holiday displays and gifts for purchase. Produce, Bakery, Meat Dept. All was very impressive. Service was friendly. The apparel dept.was on cue for upcoming Fall and Winter with amazing pricing.

Always enjoy the holiday time of year at Sam's Club. From the decorations, bakery and gift specials to the smiling employees. I drive past other Sam's Clubs to visit this one because of the people! Always friendly, always helpful and always create an enjoyable visit.

Don't turn your back on your cart! Workers grabbed it and started returning my items. I had to go find my items. I was gone for 5 min as I had to go down a busy isle and had to leave the cart at the end in order to get my item. Then check out was painful and on a Saturday they didn't have all of their check out lines open only to be followed up with a very long line with 1 person checking your receipt to get out of the store. Painful day today. Saturday shopping is a No Go. Need more workers on this day.

9/15/2023 It's not a bad store, but when I needed to take my medicine, their water fountains did not work. So I went to a cashier and relayed that their fountains were not working, they said it's because of Covid. WHAT!!!! Covid!!! Are you guys for Real!!! Everywhere I have been, the water fountains are now working, and there's never been proof that they caused any harm to begin with!! so I decided I had to have water and I got in line with 18 people in front of me to buy water, nope, that's it, good buy!! if you can't provide water to your customers, then hand out free water bottles!! Covid, what BS!!

The club is nice and stays fairly well stocked with the items I need. I'm a repeat buyer so my priority is to get in and out quickly. I use the "Scan and Go" app to expedite my visit. Unfortunately the management focuses on the registers and the line to exit is veryalways long. They rarely address this issue by adding additional staff at the door.I feel it would be faster to check out and pay at the register.Pay attention managers. You have an issue that's not being addressed

The gas pump attendant named Kane is amazing!! He helped me push my car into the pumps when I ran out of gas rolling into the gas station. Without hesitation he ran straight to me with a desire to serve. This really made a huge impact on me and he deserves a big thank you!!! Please show him appreciation for the efforts he is putting in out here in this heat.
