I’ve been buying from the Sherwin-Williams store in The Woodlands since 2010 without any problems, until recently. Over the past four months, I’ve had two separate cases where the wrong paint base was used, which led to noticeable color issues. We had to repaint both projects, costing my company time and money.
To make matters worse, I don’t currently have a sales rep, and my previous rep was unprofessional. She tried to shift the blame onto us, saying we should’ve checked before painting, even though anyone in the industry knows paint can look different once it dries or under different lighting. That response was really disappointing.
I also had a similar experience at the Shenandoah store, where the assistant manager was just as rude.

Walked into the store with little knowledge on what we needed, let alone even the color of paints and supplies. Mr Carrington was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable on the grades and differences of paints. We were able to leave with what we feel meets our needs perfectly. We will be back to paint a few other rooms very soon!

This is the first time I've given a 1-star review, but the two workers at the Sherwin Williams in Shenandoah, TX, (store #708520) deserve it. They wouldn't mix a can of paint to match the empty one that I brought in. It was also a Sherwin Williams paint with the recipe on the lid. Since I had purchased that paint at another store, they told me I needed to go back to that store to get the same color. Not sure if it was laziness or ineptitude. Neither are good qualities in an employee. BTW, I was the only customer in the store, so their unwillingness to do this wasn't because they were swamped.

Really impressed with this store! We fix up houses and work with many different paint stores and this location is always the best to work with! I just had my latest experience buying paint from Vanessa and David - the whole team working at this location is so great and really top notch! Will be in here many more times!!

Extremely rude attendant working today on 11/26/2023 at 11:30 am. I was patiently waiting while a couple was being taken care of. Some rude lady came in after me and was taken care of first even after I said something about me waiting for a long time. Both the customer and the attendant were extremely rude. I will be calling your boss to let them know
