We’ve been Sleep Number customers for over 15 years. Needed new pillows and Mike was fantastic in getting us set up with the buy 2 get one free promotion. We had been discussing a new bed too and Mike showed us just about every bed in the store, gave us info about the features of each and we chose an i8. As much as we’ve enjoyed our first Sleep Number bed, we are really looking forward to delivery of the new one.
And kudos to Mike! Great customer service experience!!
