HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SALON SAKURA
Since I can’t leave a review on her page, I’ll leave it here. I had a terrible experience with this stylist and didn’t even make it to the salon because she canceled an hour before my appointment, over a flat tire, something that could have been handled in minutes.
My appointment was on a Friday, and my husband even took a PTO day to help with the kids. She only offered Sunday or Monday, but I was leaving on a trip Saturday. I even asked if she could just push my appointment back the same day, but she refused.
Her attitude showed zero professionalism, zero effort, and zero sympathy. She wasted my time, ruined my plans and waisted my husband’s pto day. Overall, this experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

Janemarie and Shelby from Ciao Bella Sola cut both my grilfriend and i's hair the other day and they did a fantastic job! My hair hasn't felt any better! Go to them for your hair styling needs!

My girlfriend loved the nails they did for her. She stated the location made her feel very special doing the process. I just dropped her off and returned to pick her up and pay the bill. Good location

Dez from Jess and dez mane studio located in the woodlands tx sola salon has shown blatant disregard for 9+ people dying and decided to make an Instagram post tagging the show and showing of her fun selfies- could you imagine any decent person showing off them having fun drinking and smiling instead of being actually upset they were literally surrounded by death? Especially in this day and age how insensitive and gross must someone be. Don’t support, if she doesn’t care about that she certainly doesn’t care about client well being either.
