Asked an associate for help in looking for a hello kitty blanket. The older Hispanic skinny female (heavy accent) manager stoped him at the door and told him that he couldn’t help me. She said everything is out in the floor (clearly I can see she’s lying) but she wouldn’t take 5 seconds to look in the bin for me. The store is NOT busy despite it being a Friday. Instead she spent the next 5 minutes rambling on with another friend / colleague coworker. Very inconsiderate.

We purchased sunglasses and then when we asked Gina B. At the jewelry counter to also check us out for our 2 other items she refused. I damn well know she could have been nice to do so instead of sending us to a long line that we stood in for 20 minutes! She was not doing anything but standing there acting like she was soooo busy!

Had some items I bought a while ago but forgot to return, tags still attached but no receipt. Manager spent about 10 min talking to the cashier before coming to tell me they couldn't make the return. Very weird and OLGA the manager was very condescending and rude. Cashier was sweet! I worked at plenty of retail stores before, never gave someone such a hard time over a return. It's not that serious.

06/05/2023 I came here on a Sunday afternoon. The store is very clean, very nicely organized and I had good interaction with the staff. The store itself was not very busy which was nice. This store lends itself well to some shopping or just browsing. There are best things to explore in the isles.-Pedro

It was a normal TJ Maxx. However, the salesperson said nothing to me when I greeted her at checkout. Left a negative impression on my way out. Clean, organized, and well stocked.

OMG, keep my wife out of your stores. She goes in and I lose her for hours. We come out and our bank account is somehow a hundred dollars lighter. Oh well, good on ya for having a successful business.

Check your bags and make sure they put in everything you buy. The cashier was either forgetful or purposely trying to keep my things to herself but either way now I have to go all the way back tomorrow which is annoying and hopefully they even have it in stock anymore.
