Looping the length of their entire parking lot. Causing quite the chaotic mess. IF you need anything from them in an emergency, then pick your time wisely.”

“This is the place to go for your truck needs. I had a leveling kit done the first time. Looks great and was a very good price. The last one was more tricky. My truck has been to dealership multiple times for a noise in the front end with no luck solving. Texas truck works took 1/2hr to find the problem. Found a solution at a very resonable price and fixed it. The other thing is when you make a appt.with them they work on it at the time the appt was made for. I hate making an appt. and then leaving it and it gets worked on tbe next day at dealership.”

I have NEVER had a bad experience at Discount Tire, just like I have never had a good experience at NTB.This Discount Tire on 2920 in Spring/Klein is no exception. I've been here a number of times in the last 8 years, and they are always good. As an example, I had them replace a single tire several months ago due to a mishap, and today I went in to get the other three tires replaced. I had ordered the 3 tires online and scheduled an appointment for this morning.The salesman noticed that the tires I ordered were similar, but not exactly the same, as the single new tire from a month ago. Even though they'd had to get the 3 tires I ordered from another location, he pointed this out to me and said they had them in stock, so we switched them. Not a big deal, really, but it saved me $22 and he didn't have to do it.On top of that, I was out of there in 25 minutes! I've been to an NTB where I was the only customer and I had to wait 2 hours!I love Discount Tire, and this location is exceptional.”

They let me pick out the tire that I wanted and got it put on my rim and back to me within 5 or 10 minutes. These guys are worth visiting if you need used tires or even new tires.”
