Loop 424 Storage is an excellent facility and hands down the best choice in the area! The units are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The property is secure with gated access, and wide driveways that make it easy to get in and out, even with a trailer or moving truck.
The management is top-notch—friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or help when needed. You can tell they really care about keeping the place safe and organized for their customers. The rental process was quick and simple, and the pricing is fair and competitive compared to other options in the area.
I also appreciate how convenient the location is right off Loop 424, which makes it easy to swing by whenever I need to. Having a storage place that is both secure and accessible gives me total peace of mind about my belongings.
If you’re looking for storage in Shepherd or the surrounding area, I highly recommend Loop 424 Storage. They truly make the process hassle-free from start to finish!

I have used 424 storage for almost 10 years. Having personal items with sentimental value and monetary value, I feel completely comfortable with 424. The owners are totally awesome people that really CARE. Do not hesitate in making a decision to store in 424, you will not be sorry.

Horrible place all around. They don’t care about your property, or have any morals. They are infested with rats that will ruin your stored stuff anyways, also will not reimburse you for anything. Do yourself a favor and choose anywhere but here. Check other reviews as well to see for yourself before involving yourself with this place.

Rented me a locked up unit!! ?Couldn’t get anybody over here to take the lock off for three freaking days!!! seems like somebody can’t keep their paperwork in order… i’d recommend renting elsewhere

Unprofessional as it gets, property is neglected and no safety/security lighting at night. No one answers when you call the number during buisness hours.

As far as storage it is convenient and nice size units. It is gated with a code. Yet we have tried to get into our unit for the whole week and none of the codes work so we could not get to our things on our days off which is exceptionally inconvenient beings that is something you pay for.
