We got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, and thank goodness, they were able to send someone right away, and replace it right away where we had been stranded.

The man offered us a tow for $69.99. I DECLINED, honestly telling him that I was going to have to drive into Livingston for a tire where it was ONLY $55, no matter what tire you get. I didn't have 70 dollars for a tire, good price or not. The attendant asked if I could pay 65. Well, no, not really, we couldn't. But figuring 5 for gas to get us to Livingston and back with the LITTLE gasoline that we had left, I sighed regrettably and told him yeah, I guess so, man. I'll pay 65.
Right there, we had a verbal, honest businesses agreement on the price, WITH HIS UNDERSTANDING THAT I HAD NO MORE MONEY TO GIVE HIM BUT 65.OO! So he takes my old tire off, puts HIS tire on the rim, back onto the vehicle, now we go inside for me to pay the doctor five dollars we agreed on... NOPE! It's SEVENTY THREE DOLLARS now, and because of his dishonest, blood sucking, undercover tacking charges on top of an already agreed upon price, my wife and I didn't have the gas money left to get to the food bank today, which has been feeding us since my strokes last year put me out of commission. A friend online sacrificed the money so we could replace the tire, and we were COUNTING on the scant few dollars left over FROM THE 55 DOLLARS WE KNEW IT WOULD COST US IN LIVINGSTON to get a tire. So, thank you, Tire Boys of Shepherd, Texas, that we'll eat what bread we have left now and split the can of vegetable soup and the three slices of bologna we have left to survive on until we manage has money somehow to get to the food bank. Whenever that winds up being. We HAD the money today, until I learned that what a man QUOTES you as a price before they do the work for you at Tire Boys in Shepherd, Texas doesn't mean a damned thing! So don't trust squat they tell you up front unless you have it on a receipt. They absolutely screwed us today.

The guy who helped us was so nice and polite and he had a genuine care for customer service and making sure he helped us when he could have made more money by letting me buy a tire the first time when it just needed to be balanced. Then today I pulled in and it's 4 minutes till closing time and he still without hesitation and had no problem opening the doors back up and doing the tire xhange

Caught a flat after hitting some steel object on the road near this shop. Super thankful they were there! The price was incredible in the service was amazing! Keep up the great work!

Fast and friendly service!
We blew a trie on our travel trailer and Tire Boys was the closest shop around. We pulled in wondering if they were even open and luckily they were. They were able to give us a new tire for a good price and changed it for us very quickly. They were very nice and I am glad that we went there.

i have to give this place five stars! They do an outstanding job and are very quick and professional. I have gone to them multiple times and have never been disappointed. If you you need Alignment done they're GREAT at that too!!

needed to patch a tire on sunday and was looking for somewhere open. after calling walmart auto care in livingston 5+ times to no answer, i called Tire Boys LLC and was promptly answered and said they could help. not only were Tire Boys open and friendly, the entire process took less than 20 minutes and was well done by Eli. i will 100% be returning for tire maintenance in the future!
