“Always clean. I've never seen trash around the pumps. There is usually an attendant in the little shed. On Saturdays and busy times of the day you might wait in line to get gas.”

“I have been shopping at United Market Street for about 12 years and don't care to go anywhere else! The produce is always good, the meats are always good., and prices are comparable. I use the pharmacy for all my prescriptions. I like that they are open 24/7!! A very special THANK YOU to BRIDGETTE in Pharmacy for helping me yesterday. She took the time to accommodate my needs and I very much appreciate her help!!! Also, David Molina is a great Manager, always ready to help!! The entire Staff is great!

“Absolutely love this little place.Tje store is clean at all times and there are a variety of ready made food and snacks available not to mention the drinks. I love coffee and they absolutely hands down have the best frappichiono hands down out of any coffee shop in this town and they have a stupid ridiculous low price. “I relocated to Texas over a year ago. I was previously a loyal Costco shopper due to Sam's Club being over 30 min from my previous home. When I relocated I became a Sam's Club member. I can honestly say I have been impressed from day one. I am impressed by the selection of products, prices and awesome customer service. I really enjoy the Sam's Club app. You can do online orders, get gas and shop in the store on the app. I enjoy the scan and go app so that you can bypass the check stand. “Walmart Pharma made a mistake regarding my called in script. After more leg work on my part the mistake was corrected, the script was filled very fast and also received face to face explanation on what happend and an apology from what I assumed to be the head pharmacist. We all make mistakes, it's how one (or business) recovers from that mistake is really all that matters. 5 stars for the great recovery.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Mandi at this CVS for being absolutely amazing. I originally went to Walgreens for passport photos for my daughter, and unfortunately the experience there was not great. The employee seemed rushed, had an attitude, and the photos turned out really poorly.
I decided to try CVS instead, and I am so glad I did. Mandi was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. She took multiple photos of my daughter because she genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and that the quality was right. The difference was night and day. The photos came out so much better, and I felt taken care of instead of rushed.
As a parent, especially when it comes to important documents like passports, that level of care means everything. Thank you, Mandi, for taking your time, being so kind, and helping us out. You truly made a stressful situation so much easier.”
“Been going to Trott’s drug for almost 10 years now. Allways had great service, the staff is allways professional kind and courteous. The reason for this review, I was running low on one of my blood pressure pills, Angela put together some loner pillz and told me to check back in a couple hours, ok cool. Completely forgot about that so I called Trott’s spoke with Thomas and even tho I had literally 7 minutes to get there, I made it with 1 minute to go till close. So they unlocked the drive thru, Thomas handed me the BP loner pillz. Thomas and other staff in the background waited for me just so I could have my BP pillz. After a long hard day, ready to go home, they waited for me. Now thats customer service at its finest. When your diagnosed with stage 2 A-fib, the BP pills are very important...! Thankyou all and this happend the day before Christmas eve. Great pple make great customer service happen, thxx again...!”

“Had many problems with Market Street Pharmacy. Now transferred meds here, I have quite a few. Pharmacist Gary fixed everything. He doesn't see problems because he sees solutions. Need more like him everywhere!
Saw review about workers not helping with groceries. Have to give it to ALL United Groceries. Since first store, I'm that old. They jump to help. They must have caught them at rush or all busy. United hired a guy 35+ years ago, challenged bagger, that became manager because he was smart, kind and courteous.
Just can't tell you enough how polite this pharmacy is! Always helpful. Their tele system was down. They called to tell me and my prescriptions were ready. Pharmacy of the year!”
“I love this pharmacy! Everybody is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I was going to another pharmacy and they never told me that my insurance was not in network with them, so I was paying for my prescriptions. When I switched to Walmart, all of my prescriptions have been a zero co-pay.”
“My family and many friends have used Walgreens for a long time. Covid prevention is there. Ask any REAL pharmacist how" not "to get covid. Some know more than physicians do. Pharmacists focus on one thing. Medications and what they do inside your body. As a highly trained and skilled former Nurse, I do recommend the best grade mask and TAO and the injections that don't hurt . Better to prevent sickness than to risk death. Please do it for others if not for your own sake”
“The best pharmacy I have ever been to and let me tell you why. Normally, I go to a pharmacy and I take an obscure medication that is sometimes not stocked. Even with refills, every month when I came to get the next months supply, they were out of stock. It will take 2-4 days to arrive.Not here. When I had an issue one month, I voiced my concerns about it happening the next month as other pharmacies had conditioned me to expect. To my surprise, I was met with kindness, accountability and an assurance that they would ensure the medication was ordered and stocked monthly just for me. And they followed through!The names of the pharmacists are escaping me but they are amazing human beings. Wichita Falls is lucky to have such a great group of human beings at United. Thank you for delivering life saving medicine to our community. Hope everyone has a great day!”

“This is the first time using the new facility. I had my clinic fax a script to them. When I showed up, my name was not in their system (I’m a retired 20 year veteran). I had to go upstairs to Tricare, which only took a few minutes. Now that I was back in the system, they couldn’t find my script. The next day I returned with a hand written script. I told the clerk that I’d come back next day to get the drugs. She told me to just wait as it would be filled in about 15 minutes. It was!! All staff were friendly and very helpful. The only reason I give them a 4 is that they do not have a phone. You cannot call the pharmacy to ask questions; like “did you get my prescription?” You have to drive and wait in line. Fortunately, on my two visits, there was no line. Great service which would be a little better if you could call them.”
