“Wonderful experience. I'm lower enlisted, just moved into the dorms and needed a plate, bowl and some silverware. Bought a set with a bowl and plate and a cookie jar (donated the cookie jar back to the thrift store) and the super nice lady working there just gifted me a set of silverware. Shop here for certain items before you go to the Exchange and support your community and probably spend a lot less money too.”

“MY WIFE PASSED AWAY IN JUNE, 2023. OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS, SHE ENJOYED VISITING THE DOWNTOWN RESALE STORE. IT WAS ALWAYS ORGANIZED, CLEAN, HELPFUL STAFF. WHEN ITEMS DO NOT SELL QUICKLY, THE STORE DISCOUNTS THE PRICE EVEN TO 10% I THINK.I MADE MANY TRIPS TO THE STORE IN JULY AND AUGUST, 2023 TO DROP OFF ITEMS FROM MY WIFE. THE DONATION SIDE DOOR WAS CONVENIENT. THE LADIES WORKING BACK THERE WERE CARING.AS CHRISTIANS, MY WIFE AND I APPRECIATE THE RESALE STORE TO GAIN SALES TO HELP WITH THE MISSION'S HOMELESS PEOPLE IN WF.”

“My rating is based solely on the donation pick up process. I was moving out of my apartment and wanted to donate my couch and recliner, instead of throwing them away. The pick up process was hassle free and painless. I called the center to schedule a pick up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and to the point. I had to schedule the pick up for about a week after the day I called because they were very busy (keep that in mind). The men that came to pick up my furniture were very friendly and professional. They called about 30 minutes before they came to verify my location. Upon arrival, they were quick to load up their truck and were back on the road in 10 minutes. My friend recommended this donation center since she also donated some furniture to them and used their pick up process. She also had a hassle free experience and we highly appreciate that they are willing to come pick up. We would not have a way to give them the furniture otherwise.”

“Today, Goodwill sent a truck and two staff to pick up the remains of a multi-family sale. We had LOTS of stuff left. Furniture, too. They called ahead so I knew when to be ready, they tag teamed loading what likely is equivalent to an entire 1 bedroom house, and did it in good time. The pick up was very daunting, but they addressed it professionally (after the initial omgosh-that's-so-much-stuff moment). I've worked with Goodwill before on previous pick-ups. MOST grateful!”
