We have been in business since 1994 and I must say this ABF Terminal is the best to work with. We get items delivered to us and we pick up shipments at the terminal and their staff is always on top of it. We get notifications as requested and follow up if needed.
They are easy to get a hold of and if they say they will get back to you, they do!

I had a larger package that was shipped through ABF and I was concerned because I had never had a package shipped through them. I got a call from ABF to set up a delivery. Amber was extremely nice and professional. Due to miscommunication on my part, I ended up going up to the local warehouse/ distribution center. Amber and Dianne were both extremely nice and understanding. They helped me out tremendously and quickly. Jerry was in the warehouse, running the forlift. He loaded me up very carefully and was also extremely nice. Thank you for the excellent customer service to my local ABF Freight!

They picked up my shipment at B & H on August 18th first approximate delivery date 8/25, then 8/27, then 08/30, then 9/1. So I called Sherman ABF location, and then Dallas ABF and neither one would guarantee a 9/1 delivery. So since this was a birthday gift for my 81 year old husband; I decided enough put off was enough so I called B & H and told them I had to cancel and head to local retail stores and try to find another TV.
