They have a couple of bad apples there. I have been able to overlook the bad service because they do have some good employees but as the saying goes bad apple can spoil the whole cart. The male pharmacist is the worse He is so unprofessional. Then when you share your displeasure he is quick to let you know he dosent need your business and promptly tells you to go somewhere else. My medicines cost thousands a month in which we pay high mothly insurace premium for. If Savon dosent care about their customers and continue to employee these disgraceful disrespectful people thats on corporate. I have read these reviews and can see I definitely am not the problem. Do better Albertsons your customers deserve Quality caring professionals not a cart full of rot.

Rude , has lied to me several times saying my meds are coming the next day but never are. I'm 6 days now without meds and I'm a heart patient. They're going to end up having a lawsuit on their hands .

They're always understaffed. Never answer the phone. You go in and they just give u a little be right there. Only person in line. That was 15 min ago. Get it together and be more friendly.

I’m a nurse practitioner and deal with pharmacies all day long. I switched all of my prescriptions to Albertsons pharmacy in Sherman because they consistently beat everybody else’s prices & I have not been disappointed. The service is great, notifications about scripts, staff is courteous. I’m terrible with names but the lady at the counter was very happy to decrease overall costs with goodrx- no questions asked. That has not been the case for me anywhere else. I also do not have issues with them when I send prescriptions for patients which I for sure can’t say for some other big name pharmacies. I will continue encouraging my patients to use Albertsons pharmacies because of my personal & professional experience.

My wife has been a member here since 2016. Sherman Albertsons drive thru- She tried to use my flex card saved to her phone. Which she has done several times before. They told her the last time she went they could not do it. She asked to speak to the pharmacist. He refused...she told the worker she is not leaving until she talks to him. He walked over pressed the talk button and said " I do not feel comfortable letting you use it". Turned around and walked off. Unbelievable service!

Called about the rsv vaccine and specifically asked if covered by Medicare. I was told anyone over 65 was free and to come on in. I went in and filled all the forms and was told" thank you Baby". Then after waiting a girl came out and informed me it would be $300. I said I had called and was told it was free. I was told that they were very sorry and would look into it. 1st of all I'm 68 years old and don't need to be called Baby, 2nd is I guess my time isn't important as I drove there after being erroneously informed about pricing. What happened to professionalism and customer service?

Absolutely the worst the man pharmacist is very rude and very disrespectful very argumentative told me he did not need my business I’ve been with that pharmacy for years so I moved all of my‘s prescriptions immediately not only did they lose a customer I will never step foot in Albertsons again
