“My name is Debra wood I live at raintree apartments and my experience with the management and maintenance has been excellent I will give you an example I had a dining room light that needed fixed maintenance came in very quickly fixed it he even added my new bulbs and added another bulb ? that I couldn't reach with my little stubby fingers he added the bulb to that as well very greatly appreciated I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about this apartment complex it's safe one of the safest in Sherman and the most enjoyable to live at for all the negativity that people have posted I can't believe it and I've lived here since 2012 thanks Amber and staff I appreciate everything that you have done”
