If there was a zero option I’d pick that. Literally the worst dental company I’ve dealt with, and I’ve been dealing with this one for over 10 years now with nothing but problem after problem. (Kinda stuck since I’ve paid so much money already) Experiences range from the DR answering their personal cell phone to argue personal matters during the middle of my tooth extraction, to having Paid for full complete top set, went through all fitting procedures over multiple days, then they lose them. When I’m finally able to reschedule, they tell me they already gave them to me but would be happy to replace them if I pay again!

I brought my 8 month old daughter in to get a root canal and everyone that worked here was amazing and helped with her while I was getting work done!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for making me and my baby girl feel comfortable here! Always great work

I was very anxious to go to a dentist but quickly put at ease. I have unique experience because needing to get ready for heart surgery and being on the blood thinner Warfarin. Prayerfully, I am hopeful for all the parts to work together.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I was told by the Sherman location that I had 5 cavities and also the beginnings of gum disease. This rang an alarm for me because I’ve always had pretty good teeth and I know I take care of them too. The worst I’ve ever had is a cavity or two but there was no reason I should have gum disease. After my appointment, they took me to the front and went over payment options with me, at which point they informed me that all the work they were recommending me would be over 4,000 dollars WITH insurance. But don’t worry—they could put me on a payment plan so I could accrue over 1,000 dollars worth of interest in addition to that cost and ruin my credit score. What a joke. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life (had braces, had my wisdom teeth out, and was always a regular at my hometown dentist office for cleanings.) I have never felt so sketched out by a dentists office in my life. I had a feeling something was wrong. Thankfully I’m smart and decided to get a second opinion. I was told by the second dentist’s office I went to that none of what I had been told at Aspen was true. They checked for cavities and did a thorough check for the apparent gum disease I had—nothing. And upon research this is pretty common. A lot of other people have had this experience at Aspen locations all over the country. This is a company issue, not just the Sherman location. But I’d definitely recommend finding a local dentist if you can. Aspen Dental will never have my business again. I’m honestly appalled after finding out that literally everything they told me was false. I don’t know how this company is still operating.
