NO STARS! This store is full of bozos. We have ZERO confidence in any of the information they have provided. The employees are obviously miserable and don't wish to be there. We've been battling with them over updating my parents' account ever since my dad passed away 6 months ago!

I believe our reps name was Michael (I could be wrong). He was fantastic. He made our process extremely easy. He sold us things we wouldn’t have normally bought but he explained them and wasn’t pushy.

Horrible. We switched to Verizon and they are still taking money out after they said they wouldn’t we’ve been in the store for over an hour trying to get ahold of customer support

Jacob the supervisor has the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced. He literally stated that they do not help you transfer information over from your trade in device to your new device. He hung in face the point out and refused to provide me with the district managers information

Had to go in and have my wife's Iphone replaced, very quick efficient and no High pressure upsale and answered all questions and took care of the transfer was an enjoyable and quick.

Went to the store to get an upgrade and was told i had to provide a different form of id from the one Ive been using for over 5 yrs with at&t- staff was in no hurry to help after getting assistance got my phone and waited for the new phone to finished upgrading the assistant left and never came back so i walked out this has been the worst experience w at&t and now thyre charging me oll this hidden fees on my bill that i was never notified….this is a joke this is getting bad this big corporations are the real crooks

I stopped by the Sherman store this morning because I had to disconnect a phone line that is no longer in use. The young lady who waited on me was very helpful and kind. I believe the visit took less than 20 minutes, and I was very pleased with how easily the business was completed.
