I traded in my phone and they told me my monthly payment would drop and it did not. I tried calling multiple times and got a busy signal every time. Horrible horrible customer service. I live far away and I don't want to drive all the way there to talk to someone I should be able to call and speak to human being. Would not recommend the Sherman location to get a phone.

Went to store regarding speaker not working and having to take calls on speakerphone only to be able to hear the person on the line. Customer service rep says, “well you’re one of the few people who still has service today and there’s nothing we can help you with. You can file a claim on your insurance (pointing to a website on a brochure he handed me).” Another guy asked about the front camera working and being linked to the speaker and both often have an issue if it’s the actual speaker. No further guidance, checking of settings, or anything was provided. I wasn’t even asked if I had insurance on my phone. Horrible customer service. Thank goodness my wife figured out the problem and saved us $250! Will not return to this location!

The service was excellent. Did not have to wait for a representative. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping us decide on new phone and provided us with information on getting watch repaired.

Employee was very nice and helpful all and all it was a great experience and it all happened really fast. We were in and out with in thirty minutes

Ryan was absolutely awesome. I walked in the store and I was in a fowl mood because I'm having some financial problems right now. By the time I left I had a huge smile and felt so much better and even got a tip on a job that could help solve my financial issues and of course straightened out my phone bill. Thank you Ryan, you ROCK!!

While I have mixed feelings about AT&T in general, this store has been consistently excellent in their knowledge, troubleshooting, and customer service. I suspect there is some good management involved in creating a culture of excellence. I have been there for help on my personal account as well a business account that I manage.

Had some issues working to get new phones, Brendan (Store Manager) worked very hard - even spending an hour on the phone with corporate - to get us what we needed. Appreciate him tremendously and will be sure to come to this Sherman AT&T for my future needs.
