“It's a parts retail store. Usually pretty helpful folks working at the counter! Prices for certain things are silly high compared to the prices for the same products at Walmart just down the road. But of course the stores themselves don't have control over that. You pay extra for the convenience and the ability to consult with staff at the counter.”

“They don't carry a lot of the cosmetic stuff, but if you ask, they can typically have it next day, if you order it early enough. And they're more like a great "Mom and Pop" type, rather than a chain. They know their stuff and you can't best the price for the quality!”

I told him I wanted to find salvage parts, so he gave me a print out of exactly which parts I needed to find and how much labor would cost to install them. He was happy to answer questions along the way. It was so nice to find transparent pricing. Once I brought him the parts, he had it completed the next day, and the final price didn’t change. “This is the best place to go for quality and price!! I was in a wreck and had terrible damage to my car, the other party at fault did not have insurance. I originally went to caliber and was quoted 10K! I decided to try here, and was quoted around 5-6k. By the end of it the price was just under 5. Seems a little weird right that it could be done for half the price? nope everything was great! I got scheduled to bring it in the following week, and it was done by the end of that week! And you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was even given some money back after it was complete because he ended up not needing it all! I will never take my car anywhere else now and you shouldn’t either if you want honest and quality work :) The owner Bob has awesome vibes, I knew even just after the first phone call asking if there was a time I could bring my car for an estimate that it was going to be a much experience then at any other car shops.”
