This place doesn't exist anymore. Sherman doesn't have 2 bath and bodys anymore. The other one is by Target. It won't accept my edits that this one is permanently closed.

Me and my mother went into the bath and body works in midway mall..Upon entering we were not greeted by the two workers that were there. We were the only two people in the store at the moment..well as we were shopping not one time did any one come ask did we need help or tell us what the sale was.. nothing.. I had all my items ready to pay. Well a group of ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted and and told all about what was on sale. I am very big on customer service.. I was highly disappointed. I put all my items down and loudly said to my mother. Let's go I am sure I can get better customer service from the BBW in town center. That's where I went. I will never step foot in the BBW in the mall ever again.
