Do not buy these batteries pictured. They are junk. 2nd set in 13 months and they won't cover them under warranty. The warranty goes off of the original purchase and it's one month out of warranty. Decided best to go back to interstate.

The employee actually told us to get this charger. We didn't look because we thought they might actually be competent. We no more than get to the car to find out it's an apple charger. When we go back in the store, the box was ripped and guy said we can give you a 10 percent discount on a new one. If you would have left us alone we could have picked the right one ourselves. The incompetent store employee said "that one" when I said USB c to USB c. Then we we go back in somehow it's our fault for ripping the box. If you decide to do business with these people. Do your own research. Definitely don't get their help.

I ordered a battery online because I received an email and just happen to be in the market for a new battery. The site said that they had the battery in stock, I pay for the battery and get a call that says sorry the battery you ordered hasn't been in stock for weeks, but hopefully we have it tomorrow. It was 6 o'clock. Tonight I go to pick up the battery now that I can make it there and I am told they can't install battery because they are doing a phone repair. Ok I will wait, the individual behind the counter says and I quote "That isn't how this works, I am leaving at 7 and we will only have one employee at the store. I said well I will wait and we can get it in between 6 and 7. He refuses and tells me to come back tomorrow before 5. I was also told it isn't their issue the website said they had battery in stock by the same individual. This is 100% the absolute worst customer service I have had with any purchase. The guy behind the counter doesn't want to do his job he is paid for apparently, or if it falls in his hours, not the company's posted hours, but what he has decided fits for his schedule. Please think twice before purchasing at the Sherman location.

Great experience! I was looking for a very rare watch battery, and Batteries Plus did not disappoint. The staff was wonderful, making sure I got exactly what I needed. If you need bulbs or batteries you will most likely find it here. Personally, I won't go anywhere else.

Broke my $750 key fob. Never heard back from them regarding a replacement. Fine for other stuff, but don't let them change your key fob battery.
