Do not take your car here!!! I would suggest finding somewhere else. My car was in the shop for a month being repaired, they never called to update me. I had to do all the leg work, on top of that when I took my car in it was drivable and when I picked it up it wouldn’t even start. The battery was dead. They charged the battery for me and I was told someone was supposed to call me to see if I wanted a new battery. No one ever called and now they refuse to make it right. I have had my car for two days and can’t drive it because of their lack of customer service.

This is a FIRST IMPRESSION review and based on this first impression, I give this poor rating and recommend that persons looking for auto body repair go find someone else, because I cannot recommend this location based on my first impression. I visited this location based on a recommendation after having significant damage to my son's truck from the recent hail storm. The alleged estimator working was unable to provide an estimate because according to him, "I cannot do a PDR estimate and my guy isn't in today". This was odd given my personal experience with collision repair, as a certified estimator is capable of providing the estimate because that is why they are employed as the estimator and given the technology used, this should not have been an issue. The estimator was not friendly and portrayed an attitude of our visit as an inconvenience, and was very needy about wanting to know if we had contacted out insurance. Our visit was clear, we needed an estimate from their business and would assess the value differences ourselves, mainly because in my experience, some businesses attempt to create more costs not needed. Unfortunately, we never got that far as the estimator just seemed to not care about receiving our business. To that point, I share this review and would encourage others looking for collision repair to find someone else to give their business to as Bob Utter Collision SuperCenter seems to not want business.
This is also frustrating review to write given that I had a fantastic experience with the Bob Utter Auto Dealer, sales and service departments. So please do not confuse my reviews.

Went to collision center to have an estimate done on 2 Ford transits. (Paying out of pocket for estimates)Was treated very poorly and had the worst experience. Conner Gibson let us know that we were “wasting his time”. The disrespect with his eyes rolling. Do NOT use this place!

Always great hospitality. Its hard to keep that now days. They're honest hardworking people. If they make a mistake they'll honor it and fix it, had a few issues here and there. Been coming here for nearly 10 years.

Great place! They did body work to our car 2 different times after people hit us. I seen the car come out and thought "my gosh they gave me a new car" !!! These guys did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for all your car needs!! ??

They tried giving me my truck back multiple times with body pieces not lined up properly. The third time they told me it was ready my truck still had a broken engine mount. Who knows what else will be discovered. This place is clown town, the employees don't care about the quality of their work, it comes from the top down.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Our care was in this place for 2 month s and then we fought and Tom fight with them then they finally knocked off money because they had it so long then. At the end of our car getting fixed they told me that the front end needed replaced as a new alignment then after the alignment the found something else wrong and had to order parts for that which took another week or two and after they installed the new parts. They did a née alignment. Now here we are back at Bob utter because our car was acting funny so now they tell us we need a new front in and an alignment which supposedly the collision center did twice already. I would not reckoned taking your car anywhere near here!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair
