I bought a GMC Sierra from Bob Utter Ford on December 18th and by December 28th it was in the shop having work done on it due to an engine light notification. I have put less than 600 miles on it in that time frame and now have a truck that’ll be in the shop for at least two weeks. I have tried 3 times to get in contact with someone from the dealership and cannot get a reply to a text or a return phone call. This is pretty disappointing considering the positive experience I’ve had with them till now

I will never have anything to do with this ford ever again. For 1, I filled out an application online like the salesman told me too then he just ignored me and I called back a few hours later to see whats going on and Evidently he passed my application to another salesman and then I couldn't get ahold of him either the rest of the day then finally before they closed I called again and he was there and told me he would see whats going on and call me back, he never did so the next day I called and spoke to the manager and told him what happened and it was basically nothing but excuses. They put me on the back burner because I wasn't there in person even though i did exactly what the salesman told me to do,and this isnt right or fair to me as a customer.Then of course I got declined even though we had a10k down-payment and we are needing a vehicle in a bad way. They claim they have more then 20 lenders to work with people but they ran my stuff once and sent it only to 1 lender and I got denied and that was it, then I was basically trash to them cause I was denied. I will never go back there.
