Friendly staff , got oil change and brake job done . They brought my attention to a spot on the tire . The man met me at the door already knew who i was , very helpful and professional. I think his name may have been Dereck ,not sure , the guy who worked on the car was very professional. Thanks and see ya soon

THEY LIED TO ME AND CREATED A SITUATION THAT WOULD STRAND ME IF I DIDN'T CHECK MYSELF. DO NOT GO HERE.
They used to be a good place to get car maintenance and I'm a repeat customer. No more. I just took my car in (with a check charging system & battery light on), and asked them to look into it. They recommended buying a new battery (which I did and had them install it) but then said, well the battery light is still on, so you'll have to take it "up there" (what does that mean?) to have them look at it. I EXPLICITLY asked if the alternator was OK, and they explicitly said it was OK. I had to remind them to do the oil change I asked for, and remind them to look at the A/C fan which sounds like it is hitting the cowling when it spins down.
They did the oil change. When I got my car, no news on the fan, but I could tell when I drove that they had not addressed it.
Once I got home, I checked the alternator myself, with a multimeter on the battery. It had already drained down to 12v on a brand new battery. With the car running it was 11.5v (it should be 13+), which clearly indicates the alternator is NOT fine, and anyone could tell that in about 2 seconds.
THEY LIED TO ME. Maybe they were overloaded at the time and wanted to get me out of there? The Alternator is clearly not charging the battery, and it is OBVIOUS.
That means they put a new, charged battery in the car, which MASKS the problem temporarily, and told me the alternator is OK. That is a recipe to strand me while driving once the battery drains (since the whole car is now running off battery).
Had I not checked it myself that's what would have happened.
They never checked the fan as far as I know. I asked twice.
That is not only incompetent, it is actually deceitful.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

There is nothing quick about Quick Lane. I took my Explorer in yesterday for an oil change, and there were three other people waiting when I arrived. No big deal; that is normal. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, a customer that arrived after me got up to ask about her vehicle, and the representative at the front said, “You’re next in line,” so I got up to check on mine as well, and he told me the same thing: “I believe you’re next in line." I was not waiting any longer after seeing they hadn’t even touched mine! I told the representative at the front I was going somewhere else, and he said, "Okay, keys are in the car.” No big deal; they just had me wait over an hour and had me sitting there waiting with no update to find out they hadn’t even taken the vehicle back and were telling every customer “next in line."
I heard an employee come out and tell two different customers their tread on their tires was wearing down and they have availability today to get it taken care of. It's unbelievable they have availability THE SAME DAY for new tires if you purchase them, but they can’t service people for a “quick” oil change in a timely manner.
I didn’t write a review about the first horrible experience I had a year ago with this place and decided to try them again yesterday, but never again. They invited me to write a review, so here it is.

When I say put to the test, 20 minutes before closing can push some nerves. The boys at this place did fantastic when handling a last minute battery change for a "stubborn" type of battery. They went above and beyond and did not treat us any different than as if it were 8am. Thanks guys!! Great job!
