  Awesome customer service. Maddie was very kind and helpful. She assisted me with finding everything I needed and helped me decide on the perfect boots. The cashier was also friendly but I did not catch her name. I will definitely be back.

  Bought a pricey pair of boots for my daughter just a few minutes ago. We were greeted well when we entered. My daughter picked out her boots and we took them to the front to be checked out. The guy, Michael, that checked us out was more interested in talking about the Ranger baseball team than providing quality customer service. He handed me the receipt and said “here you go”. No boot box was offered, let alone a bag (boots ain’t cheap and I darn sure don’t want t them scuffed up riding in the vehicle or tossed in a bag!). I had to ask him for a box and he was still talking about “his Ranger championship viewing experience” (I love the Rangers, but come on). He came back with some random box that wasn’t even the brand or even a Boot Barn box would have been a nice offer. He walked up and said “here ya go”. No offer to put the boots in the box!!! Where is the world has good customer service gone? I know places aren’t paying peanuts these days. This kids needs some training on good customer service or he needs to get out of typhus line of work!

  Terrible customer service here. When we asked for wide boots we're told you'll just have to search. He walked off. Left and bought elsewhere where they did have service
