Got our suburban fixed there about 1 and half years ago they never blended the paint into the quarter panel so you can tell the doors wear painted because the color doesn't match the used bumper they put on is already peeling and has a crack next to the headlight I had to take it back twice for a headlight exchange because they put on a broken headlight the first time and when your driving at night you can see the light beam bouncing the second time I took it back because they never did the alignment so the new tire wind bald in the corner so they had to put on a new tire and send it to get the wheel alignment never again would I take a car accident vehicle there........PS someone from caliber contacted a few days after this review i left saying they will make it right and after a month still nothing no call back or email 🤔 whats going on over there...

I have used Caliber Collision multiple times and they are one of the best. They make you aware of delays (part deliveries) and do excellent work.

Thank you Caliber! We picked up my son's car from another auto body shop and the next day, hit the road for a family vacation. Unbeknownst to us, the noise dampening shield was broken and started falling off as we started off on our trip two hours from home. Caliber was so kind and courteous to help us. They immediately took his car and put it up on a lift. They remove the shield and sent us on our way. I'm so thankful we can finish our trip with a peace of mind and not worry about the shield dragging on the ground. Very appreciative to Caliber!

INCREDIBLE PEOPLE! INCREDIBLE JOB! If I could give more stars, I would! My car suffered extensive damage from an accident. These people were amazing and caring through the whole process. Darrell kept us up to date every single step of the way. We never once, ever, had to ask for an update. My insurance told me that Caliber is one of the best in the state and I can absolutely see why. They put my car back together again and I am super happy with the work! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, their work and professionalism is just superior.
