Clean, neat, and good prices some of it is overpriced but it does have good clearance deals on it I paid 250 for at least two or three weeks worth of clothes for two children ages 5 and 7. Now baby clothes are probably going to feel more expensive for how little you material there is but most of it is adorable

I give my whole experience at this store a 1 star. Why? First, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in even though there was 2 people at the front of the store, it was a heavy set blonde lady and the Kathy lady. The Kathy lady wouldn't stop following me around the store pushing the credit card even after I said no thank you and stated I just wanted to shop but I would come get her if I had questions. Then I find out that she is a manager, idk what happened to the familiar faces of the old managers and associates that worked there before but if I ran that store I wouldn’t have let those girls go. The stores appearance and attitude has gone way down over the last few months and it’s a shame because this used to be a fun and clean store to shop at. Also on my visit today I asked this heavier set blonde lady for help and she pretty much passed me off to someone else who had no idea what I was asking and walked to the back room without even trying to help me. As soon as I said I didn’t want the card both Kathy and the blonde lady treated me like I didn’t matter. This store must have a high turnover rate and I can see why. Everyone in there looks like they hate their jobs. This store needs to change things back to how it originally was when they first opened because i enjoyed shopping there then, now I just feel stressed when I walk in.

I was so excited that they put a Carter’s outlet in sherman. I am a thrifter/clearance lover and when this place has their extra 40% off clearance you can get brand new clothes cheaper than used. The employees are so nice and helpful and the store is always clean. Love it his place!

The only reason they are even getting the one star is because I couldn't put a no star review. I ordered a shirt from them that I needed for family pictures and they never contacted me about it.

Placed order July 1st. Checked status multiple times on website which never showed it had shipped. Thought delayed due to covid so wasn’t concerned. Called store after 3 weeks which doesn’t show I have order. Called shipping center and they said it wasn’t picked up so they cancelled it. Wow. System not updated and seem to be unorganized. Received no information by text, call or email. They just canceled my order and that was that. I guess I will call daily if I place another order
