Every time we come here they never wanna give you what your paying for get the smallest portion of rice in the bowls then you ask for extra they only give you a small house spoon full and you expect me to spend $30 for 2 bowls I don't think so I won't be coming back to this location.

Went in two and a half hrs before close and they didn't have fajita vegetables and said it was to late to make any. went in at 8:30 this location closes at 11

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle as a whole, but this Sherman location gets worse with every visit. I generally order thorough the app for pickup. The last three times my order was incorrect in one way or another. Service seems slow and employees don’t even seem to acknowledge you. For some reason To Go orders aren’t placed on the pickup shelves like they were in the past. I’ve waited several minutes on different occasions for an employee to notice me and hand me my order from behind the counter. The portions do seem smaller as others have mentioned, and the quality really is hit or miss. This location needs more oversight and better management.

Service was awful, restaurants was dirty, no water, should really be shut down until they find new staff and a plumber. Staff even told us don't drink the water it will taste like dirty pipes.

Do you wish to spend 40 bucks on mid food where the smooth brain workers with dull stares mess up literally every meal and under portion well this Chipotle is for you!! Literally go to any other place they give out under cooked rice and over cooked meat...Edit: don't waste your time having them remake the food the just re warm stuff

I used door dash and order for me and my coworkers. The salsa and chips were below half filled and I never received my bowl. Trying to call and let them know or complain forget it the automative service will have you on the phone for 10 minutes and if you might possibly get a human anticipate on being hung up and no resolution. Great customer service ?? almost $30 down the drain, no lunch, no resolution and pissed to the max because it's theft. I absolutely will no waist another dime and my coworkers also saw how this was handled they even tried to help me get through but nothing. Hope yall enjoyed the free money! Also while writing this one of the nurses in this same office that I work at ordered Chipotle and you guessed it she didn't get all her order. Way to go sherman Chipotle doing a great job of the bare minimum!

You never get the same amount each time we come here. Need to get the some that will give people the same amount each time, I watch person in front of me get double what I get, then I have gotten more than the person in front of me. For the price we pay it needs to be more consistent.

This is the worst Chipotle. I thought it was me at first because they didn't have what I wanted the first few times but after reading some of the other reviews I understand. The employees slop things down carelessly into your order. The drink station was a mess. The catch tray was overflowing with ice to the point that there was ice in the floor. The water tap was stuck in the on position just flowing into the drain. The lemonade fountains are riddled with small black stains of what I can only imagine to be mold. This location could certainly use a visit from headquarters and a restructuring of management because what they got going ain't working. Even heard an employee joking about getting a raise, to which the manager replied "You just need to come to work more but that ain't happening because you're a slacker."

Needs a new manager, supervisor, lead, everyone. Everytime there is something wrong. Sadly this is the only chipotle around. Being in Fort Worth they were on point and had all items available. There is always something missing here in Sherman. Today was no chips and no veggies. The 2 favorites. Now this is not the only time they are out of veggies. Or chips old. Portions are less than what is recommended. I have experience. People always having to ask for just a little more. Staff makes as if they are fustrated with wanting more items, just because they have to tilt the pan just to grab half a scoop and think that is ok to just give that. Not just to me but to others in line. Place is messy especially around napkin area. Customers are fustrated because as we are in line, a lady sits and let's people know they are out of stuff. So the atmosphere is already off. This happens often and a reason I don't go but the remainder of the products is good. I use to go to chiptole almost daily but in Sherman it is hard to make myself go on the account of bad service or out of items. Please make a change somewhere as I see the other comments of what is wrong and I agree with them.

Older lady who works the chipolane is lazy and unorganized. Waited in line for 20 minutes for her to say to come inside and get my order because she was too busy to get it from the front. Embarrasing
