Theatre 7, what can I say. While waiting for movie to begin I noticed it was warm. I asked a couple near by, they agreed. I stepped out and let the staff know that the temperature was warm in Theatre 7. They said they would let the manager know and it should be more comfortable in about 15 minutes. As I returned to my seat, the movie had started. I sat through the entire Conjuring movie sweating, it was as if I was outside. The people working behind snack counter were great, but the manager taking care of a concern of being to hot in one of the theaters in the complex, well he or she did a very bad job of customer service

Cinamark need to better train their managers. My wife and I went to watch the conjuring 2 when one of the managers approached us and told us to be quiet or leave but I explained that it was the ladies sitting next to us that were making all the noise. After talking to the ladies he still told us to be quiet or leave. At that point I was to mad to enjoy the movie. My wife and I decided to get a refund and leave at that point.

They had the Jurassic Popcorn Bowl (tree head) that we couldn't get anywhere else. People online were charging more than double!

The movie I saw was really good. But this theater wasn't. First off They have very loud seats. There was no free posters or anything they hand out. I saw a literal family of cockroaches in theater 8. The place looked a lot worse than you would expect from a cinemark. The Mckinney one is way better by far.

The building is old and occasionally I see pantry moths, but I don't eat here so that's not an issue for me. Bathrooms are usually clean unless there's a high traffic type movie out. I'm still driving down from OK to come here over going to the casino any day because the chairs are way better here.

The best part about this theater is the reclining seats. Not a snack person at the theater unless they have a kitchen, so the snack bar is just the same basic crap movie theaters always have. It won't replace the other theater in town in that respect. But it is about 6 or 7 miles closer, so if it comes down to that, I would choose it for convenience.

Way to overpriced for the food, paid 20.95 for a tiny bag of tortilla chips and a tiny cup of cheese sauce. Definitely won't be ordering food from there again

I don't really watch that many movies but when I do I vastly prefer seeing them in theaters vs watching at home. Fortunately the local Cinemark is a great place to go see them! My only complaint is that like any movie place concessions are pretty pricey but that's just one of the facts of life

This place is dirty from dropping of popcorn and paper on the floor as soon as you enter the lobby. The theater was no cleaned either. This kinda takes away from a nice movie outing.
