Was able to get my controlled medication in stock for the first time in 5 months. I called to make sure my rx was ready for pick up and was on hold without anyone answering for OVER TWO HOURS before I finally hung up and just drove up there. When I got there, the pharmacy was not busy at all. No one in line, no one in drive through, no phones ringing off the hook. Y'all just not feel like answering my call or??? I get up there only to be told I can't use my GoodRx coupon. I used to be able to use GoodRx for this med in the past if needed. I've been having issues w my insurance as I used to have primary & secondary ins and now I only have one, and there have been some kinks in this process. I expected to pay around $65 with GoodRx, but was told they no longer accept coupons for controlled meds, so the cost would be $384 cash!! I've done some research on this "new policy" and turns out it is solely pharmacist discretion if they want to allow coupons for controlled meds or not. Recommend taking your rx's elsewhere if you're wanting to use coupons to save money.

Newsflash - Sherman is no longer a little town full of farmers and old people. More and more of us are working people who have schedules. I showed up ON TIME for a vaccination appointment and was finally checked in. After waiting a total of 30 minutes, I left. I was respectful enough of the Pharmacy employees to show up ON TIME; however, they obviously didn't have any respect for THIS CUSTOMER, so they wasted 30 minutes of my time that I can never get back. So done with CVS in general, and this CVS in particular. If I could give negative stars, I certainly would.

tried to call to see if prescription was ready. had to wait on phone over 15 minutes. to see if ready. Horrible service at this location.

would give negative stars if possible, rude, uncaring, staff. save yourself the trouble and go to a real pharmacy instead like the Walgreens across the street where you know that the staff are friendly and helpful, grateful none of these people could get hired there even if they tried.

You might as well call their printing service a scam. It doesn't work in any capacity at all. Saying they do printing their is false advertising they don't their are 3 computers you can use and none of them work at all I tried every single way to print something and they don't work any of the ways. Just go next door to Walgreens it took me all of 5 minutes.

They are way too busy, high turnover and will hire anyone because they are desperate. Just like other places.Anywhere else is better for prescriptions.Cvs in Denison is better.

horrible costumer service, tried to transfer to another pharmacy and was told I have no refills left even though I have 2 remaining until 2023 and they had just filled one two days ago and told me it was ready for pick up. When I told them I needed it transferred they said sure only to find out they never transferred it and now saying I don't have any refills and they sent my current medication back even though they are supposed to hold it for 12 days and it's only been 5. I also found out I paid for 90 days of medication and there was only 30 days worth in there. Stay away!

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! My toddler had surgery today in dallas, we live in sherman so I used this pharmacy for the first time for his prescriptions. I called the pharmacy at 12:30 to make sure they got his prescription and to see when it would be ready. They said 1 hr, perfect timing since I was an hour away. I get there at 1:40 and they say it'll be 20 more minutes. Annoying, but whatever. We come home, eat lunch, at 3:30 head back up there (he has to take it at 4) and it's still not ready! They say 10 more minutes. 3:45 comes around and they say they can't make one of them. Worst service EVER and I will never return to this cvs. As if my 17 month old having surgery wasn't enough, now I have to deal with this.

The local doctor called in two prescriptions for my grandson. I go to this CVS and stand in line and I am told it will be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes they call my name and I go and stand in line again for approx 5 minutes. When I get to the register I am told one of the prescriptions will be another 20 minutes before it is ready!! Why would you call a customer to the pharmacy to have them stand in line again for only half their prescriptions!! Hate coming to this CVS! Not the first bad experience but certainly the last
