CVS has changed their phone system to make it literally impossible to call the pharmacy. The only option now is to leave them a voicemail and hope they call you back. The system asks if you're a healthcare provider and gives different options so I thought they might answer if my doctor called them. Nope! The doctor could only get voicemail too. This flat out says "we don't want to help our customers." I won't be filling my prescriptions here anymore.

This store keeps fraudulently using my CVS card (I live in the northeast) to size my customer benefits and I don't know what else. I've asked them to stop. It keeps happening.

. I was in the lane for drive thru pharmacy. I got to the window to get my prescription I asked Kate if she could put my daughter’s insurance on file and she said I have to come in. I’ve never had an issue prior to today. I told her I can’t come in I have 5 kids in the car one of which is sick. She refused to help me. I asked for the manager to which Kate then responded I would have to drive around. I had been at the window less that 5 minutes and by that time there were 6 cars behind me. I asked if she could just input my insurance and she still responded no. She turned to talk to a guy his name is Mohammed and he said I have to drive around. It’s a rule apparently. I have NEVER in 10 years that I’ve used this pharmacy heard of this rule nor have I ever been treated this poorly. I asked when the new rule went into effect and she could not give me an answer. She shrugged and told me to file a complaint. In the time that it took to argue with me I kid you not she could have input the damn insurance. Thank you KATE for wasting my time. I’ve always had high wait times for this pharmacy and have just dealt with it but with the service I received today I will no longer use CVS and I’ll transfer to a new pharmacy.

Expensive products that are way cheaper anywhere else and never use a CVS pharmacy (NEVER!)
I only use it bc my insurance lets me but OTC (over the counter) products, only from CVS and online CVS. I will say CVS Caremark is where I get some prescriptions shipped to my house from, has been a good experience so far. They send reminders and is free with my insurance Aetna Freedom Advantage Plan through Medicare.
I summary. I would never voluntarily shop at CVS unless I was rich, and use their extra care bucks and when things are on sale. Anywhere else has the exact same products for way cheaper.
But they do have the old school photo thing where you get your pictures developed.

Been sitting on hold for 25 minutes and no one has answered my call. Literally just drove by there no line in the drive thru and barely any cars in the parking lot very frustrating when you need to find out if the doctor sent a prescription over from a surgery my mother in law had yesterday. She's been in pain for 2 days and can't get anyone to answer

Went to pick up the medication becsuse i got a text that it was ready. Lady told me she was gonna rush the order to wait 20 mins, I go back up there 40 mins after waiting for this just for her to say it's out of stock. You wasting 45 MINUTES of MY time when you could of just told me straight off the bat that you didn't have it. I wouldn't of been mad if you just told me the truth to come back when it was in stock, and didn't waste my freaking time... worst pharmacy ever!

They take FOREVER to get prescriptions ready.. any time I have to take my child to the urgent care, I dread having to get a prescription if she is sick because our local small town pharmacy closes at 6 pm and this CVS stays open until 10 pm. I would pick my small town pharmacy every single time over this awful CVS pharmacy. I have never had one good experience here. Every time, there's an excuse of why it needs to be another 30 minutes to get your medicine. Most recently, my child needed her prescription as she caught the flu. We left the urgent care at 7:20 and they called it in RIGHT THEN. My daughter (who is miserable and sick sitting in the car) and I have been waiting for ONE HOUR. So then I call to get an update and after 13 minutes on hold, I finally get someone and am told it'll be ANOTHER 30 minutes. So I ask if it is really going to be another 30 minutes.. because my child is miserable, has the flu and we have a bit of a drive back home and she states that it will still be at least another 20 minutes.. So it is now 9:10 pm and we are STILL SITTING HERE with NO MEDICINE. My daughter should be at home in bed and here we are. THEY ARE AWFUL!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will regret it. I can't believe I even have to give them one star, I would give -100 if I had the option.
