Unprofessional and not able to provide proper care. They do not have enough staff to keep up the demand. 90% of the time you have to wait long periods to receive your medication. Unfortunately, I have been coming here for years, I will never go here again. I would not recommend this location.

I always have my prescriptions filled at the CVS location inside Target. The pharmacists, especially Blesson, and techs always provide excellent customer service in a very friendly environment. The wait times are always much shorter than other locations. I highly recommend this location to have all of your prescriptions filled!

Waited on the phone with the insurance company to fix a prescription for an hour and a half. Had to call the target store location and ask an associate to walk over to the pharmacy to ask them to please answer the phone so the medicine could be fixed and they said they were about to go to lunch and we would have to call back at 2:15 and that would be the insurances best chance to speak with them. The only
Option you have to speak to a representative is to leave a message with your information which assures you they will call back within the hour. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK WITHIN AN HOUR. The pharmacist treats you as if you are incompetent and are not educated to know anything. And the pharmacy techs feel it is inconvenient to answer any of your questions or concerns you have about any prescribed medications or side effects. They maybe a pharmacy but patient care is still their priority and their job profession. If they can not complete those standards they should be replaced with employees that care for their jobs and the patients they are suppose to be attending too.

The staff is incompetent, the pharmacist is rude and doesn’t know how to file insurance properly. They are always out of meds with no help or solution to fix it. I’m changing pharmacies.

This location always has the fastest turnaround time and great customer service. I highly recommend having your prescriptions filled here.

The pharmacist and clerk in this CVS were helpful and efficient and friendly even when they had to figure out my insurance problem they researched and got my perscription done correctly. Thankyou

By necessity, we are frequent pharmacy customers. We've tried several and this one is FAR AND AWAY THE BEST! The whole crew provides excellent service, but I must call out Blesson as being the best of the best. I can't imagine us finding a place that would take better care of us. We appreciate them a ton!

Camille made me cry at the counter. I was asking questions and she kept telling me she wasn’t going to argue with me when I was asking questions genuinely trying to understand. She then got upset when I reacted to how she was speaking to me. She kept changing her answers and telling me I AM NOT BEING MEAN TO YOU and refusing to help. I asked her to verify my insurance information and she wouldn’t answer when I was reading off the insurance information she rolled her eyes when I was talking then laughing in the back with the pharmacy tech & was just Completely unprofessional. I have been using them for years and never had a single issue until today. I was telling my husband exactly what happened and she said “are you going to talk about it in front of me or do you want me to help you” she kept telling me it wasn’t okay for me to tell my husband what was going on bc “I was talking about her in front of her” if you’re going to be in that position you need to have empathy for your customers and not be hateful when they ask questions or yell at them. Someone at the pharmacy waiting even said “I’m sorry she spoke to you that way” she made me feel so embarrassed about the type of insurance I had, continued to tell me I was wasting her time & didn’t change her tone or attitude until my husband got there.

One word describes my experience at the CVS at Target in Sherman, TX – value. When I get a prescription called in, I know it will be ready promptly and I'll be greeted with a smile. I feel, in a word, valued. That I'm not just another customer to be served and ushered along. I wholeheartedly believe that the CVS pharmacy staff at Target in Sherman, TX measures its success in smiles and assurances, not pills and prescriptions filled. Another way to say that is that when I'm happy, they're happy. I don't know about you, CVS survey reviewer, but I find that I’m happiest when I'm happy. Assuming the good folks at CVS at Target in Sherman, TX – folks like Blesson, Erin, and Christina, are like most human people, they like to be happy too; and if my previous assertion is true about their happiness coming from my happiness - they're some REALLY happy people…I feel like I'm spouting nonsense. My point is that I always leave CVS pharmacy at Target in Sherman, TX happy and satisfied. I've been propositioned by other pharmacists in pharmacies that would be more convenient for me than the CVS pharmacy at Target in Sherman, TX, but there are more important things than convenience, like feeling valued and the peace of mind knowing that, of the 17,001 I have to worry about, my medications are taken care of..
