I was moving across some of the country, and these people were very patient with me and my needs. Nothing happened the way it was supposed to on my end, but they were very gracious and waiting for me and the movers to come in. The people are very friendly, even making sure I had water on such a hot day. I had nothing to go by, nobody knew these people or had done business with them. All I did was Google to find them.

Horrible horrible customer service. I will never rent from them again and I will make sure everyone I know will never give this place a dime of money. Amanda specifically was rude, has no communication skills and will charge you triple the amount of what you owe if you’re late a few days. Ridiculous

I've used this storage facility 3 times in the last 18 years, and they've been great. It's good to not have to worry about your things getting ruined or stolen. The prices are pretty reasonable, the place is very clean, and the people in the office are very helpful. I highly recommend.

Amanda was pretty friendly and got me checked in quickly. The facility is reasonably clean, but the selling point for me was the location.

I went in asking questions about a unit and how big how wide and what you can store in it if you can store everything I asked about it in it she said yes she was very very helpful what I asked and she was very helpful of describing what would fit in my new house so all together I will refer this place to anybody that wants the storage unit cuz she's very kind very willing to help understand it all I'll give her more than five stars if I could
