This is definitely the best car mechanics shop I've been to, the guys were very helpful and very respectful they gave me there honest input on my car and had me and my car out of there fast.. it's been about a few days and my car is running brand new again... So thank you to the team at discount Auto care... I'm grateful..

They won’t intimate diagnosis money before after they doing nothing they are asking money about 150$ for the just seeing the car don’t trust them they are fake not genuine candidates be clear with the money they promised in the call and while your taking your car here they will say something else don’t trust them they are raising voice on coustmers I am saying they are literally robbing costumers

What can I say ( absolutely the best guys around ) took my truck there for an alternator and it took them no time at all I barely got home and they called saying it was done. Also the price was great .

As I was traveling from Arkansas to West Texas my car began to over heat. I knew I would not be able to make it Brownfield, Tx I still had a 6 hour drive from Sherman. I called Discount Auto panicked if I could find someone to fix my car on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted with a calm voice and told me they were a mile away. When I drove up I was treated so great and they truly understood my needs. They were able to fix my car and the price was very fair. I was able to make it to Brownfield to be with my family after the short notice that my grandfather had passed away. On a very heartbroken day they were so kind, trustworthy, and I knew from the one phone call that I made they would help me. Thank you again! You guys were great and the rest of that trip I did not worry about my car bc of the great service that I had received. If your car has to break down while you are traveling I hope it’s in Sherman and you get the great help from this staff!

JT and the team here are incredible. I was from out of town and my shocks had just had it. I called them first thing in the morning and got a quote. Dropped truck off at 10:30 and had it back by 1. The guys were nice, the price was great and I truly felt like I was a valued customer. Well done!

Had my oil pan replaced by this business. Started having check engine lights and a studder in my engine when I got up to 60 mph. Took my car to a shop and they explained my car was low on oil. I have had zero oil leakage, so it had to have been this shop. Will not be using this business again. They didn't put the right amount of oil in my car after charging me 600 dollars for an oil pan replacement.

The most amazing, honest, professional, and trustworthy technicians! They saved us! We had been charged an astronomical amount by another shop that shall not be named for some basic repairs on our vehicle, and we began to question whether the work claimed by the shop had actually been done. We took the vehicle into Discount Auto Care and explained our concerns, and they conducted an extremely thorough inspection to confirm the validity of the maintenance history on our vehicle. Their inspection confirmed our suspicions and more. They were able to provide us with a statement of their findings and invaluable evidence that will help us to remedy our losses with the other shop. While we did not get any repairs done with them, based on their transparency, professionalism and integrity, we cannot recommend them enough if you need work done on your vehicle. Thank you again for all that you do. If we are ever in need of repairs when we are in the area, we know just who to call! It seems impossible to find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic after our experience, but the folks at Discount Auto Care have restored our faith tenfold!
