I don't usually make this bad of a review but two days later and im still in pain. I went for the pedicure and against my wife's suggestion we chose this place. She loved hers. My was just painful. And now im worried about infection because she was too rough with the cuticle pusher and cut my toes. Im glad my wife enjoyed hers but I won't be going back. I have never been cut getting a pedicure before and this is now causing me so much pain it hurts to walk.

Been going here for 3+ years and I would not trust anyone but Amber with my nails her daughter does my pedis and she’s amazing I love them all!!

I made an appointment to get a manicure. The nail tech was 32 minutes late.
The owner is more concerned about money instead of customer service. The owner told the nail tech to give me a manicure without white tips due to the salon being busy. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Escape Nails in Sherman Texas.
The salon owner’s customer service is terrible.
I would not recommend this salon. The salon is in poor condition. There was a problem with the water heater and the techs were physically pouring water in the bowls for customers to get a pedicure.
Requested style: I requested a French manicure with white tips. However the owner said they were too busy and I scheduled my appointment prior to the date of services.

Stylist: Hannah did an amazing on my 9 ball themed nail art. I have been going to Escape for awhile now, Hannah always fits me in her schedule and does an amazing job. The facility is clean and professional.

Today, 4/26/24, i came in for my new set of dip nails for my birthday to my favorite nail salon in Grayson County and I was treated with the worst customer service I have ever received in the service industry. I had been going to this nail salon for 3.5 years now and today they have not only lost me as a customer, my friends and family. For the third time now, Amber has taken of advantage of me being a loyal customer and has started charging me more than normal for a new set of nails and today I was not happy with how they came out, as the base of my nail was showing my nail bed (from my previous set of nails from where they grew out) on three of my five fingers on each hand. When I washed my hands is when I realized (yes I realize that it was late when I noticed) that the three fingers on each side of my hands were done sloppy and rushed. When I got to the counter, she did not come to check me out but instead had one of the younger girls do it, which typically whoever does your nails, will check you out so I knew something was up… that’s when the girl said okay your total is $65 but with the VIP discount it’s $60. I was blown away. I got dip and no tip to make them longer, and I was not happy with the rush sloppy job? A couple weeks back, I had gotten a tip and a glow in the dark tip for $55 WITH a cash tip included?! So I spoke up and said $60 for this with the lines showing and using my real nail, to which the girl asked Amber to come up and try to settle it. Amber tried to explain that she asked which color I wanted for my base and the color I picked was no problem, as four fingers came out just fine, but I wanted to pay for something that was not done right, and she literally screamed at me to find someone else to do it because she had just sat there for 30 minutes to do my nails. That’s when I was like yeah I know how long it took you because you normally take an hour or more, but point being was I asked for her to fix it so I can pay for the service and she refused. To end my review, this use to be my happy place to de-stress/relax but instead I had a full blown panic attack(because 1.i have CPTSD and dealing with PPD, but also I have never in my life have asked someone to redo my nails because I was not happy, EVEN in the past if I wasn’t happy with them I still dealt with it so I didn’t have to have them redo it) in the salon where I couldn’t breathe for a good couple minutes and I was shown careless, classless and such disrespect for being honest about how I felt about my nails and what I was paying for.
In the end, I told her I wouldn’t be bringing my business back and that’s when she told the girl to not collect payment from me, and I was like no I’ll pay her but I’m not coming back nor will I be recommending it to my family or friends after the way I was treated. They refuse to fix my nails and also refused to let me pay all together.
To add, I take full ownership that my timing on my nails was not quickly noticed, as they were already done but I was also willing for her to fix it and pay her for the services and she screamed and refused because she had to be right. Once again not something I typically would ask but with how unhappy I was, but I felt very strongly to ask for something to be done correctly if I was going to paying more than my normal.

I received a pedicure today. 4/19/24. Tim at this location was wonderful. I'm a big baby due to bad experiences in the past and often flentch when having a pedicure. He was patient and kind and made sure I was happy with my nails. If it hadn't been for him my rating for this location would not be good. The other technicians (who were literally sleeping in pedicure chairs and giving disaproving glares at customers as they walked in and then went back to sleeping) were rude and disrespectful to clients that came in. I'll be back but only to see him.

i came here with my mom 3/30/24 to just get my nails soaked off and a color change on my toes, my mom was getting a full set and a color change on her toes as well. When we came in a lady gave us both a bowl to soak off our nails. that was the last time someone came up to me for the next two hours. my mom got a full set of nails while i was left (and finished) soaking my nails off. we get moved to the chairs to get our toes done. still no one came to me to file my nails and clean them up nor did anyone touch my toes at all all the while my mom got a whole set nails and toes and other customers came in and left while i was still waiting for anyone to do anything at all. finally my mom said something and they still were in no hurry to help me at all i told them i was just don’t. having to go home and clean up my nails myself. so beyond disappointed horrible service the only reason ill every come back is if its my absolute last resort and ill still not be happy to come here.

I have gone here multiple times ?.with a great experience every time. Until Saturday it started out well. I haven't been in since around Xmas time and have been fighting cancer. A young man who is now back in Vietnam did my nails the last time with an older woman helping him along they were wanting to go home. Understandably so. I loved my nails he dipped them and the woman Saturday called me a liar. The first time saying he didn't do my nails they would have grown all the way out by now. And secondly she said I had acrylics. She was absolutely wrong. It is very possible my treatments caused my nails to grow slowly and also made it hard to remove them. I know he did my nails I was the one getting my nails done and he also dipped them. Smh something so petty but to be called a liar upset me so much. So I chose to get a manicure and this is what I left with. I took the pictures in the parking lot. I don't complain. You can see that in all my reviews. I'm absolutely at a loss.

Worse experience ever. There was three workers and one left in the middle of doing someone's nails. They took pictures of ours hands without us knowing intall the end. My nails are all different lengths. the lady kept stopping to check her phone during my appointment. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

New to the area. So finding a nail spot is nerve-wrecking. Everyone is very nice. No wait today (12pm). My nails were done by TINA! *** ASK FOR TINA!!! *** She is EXTRAORDINARY with her work. My nails look very natural. I told her what i wanted and she did it! She is very PRECISE, DETAILED, AND GENTLE! Evry time i get my set filed they are rough. TINA IS NOT- HER FILING IS VERY SOFT AND GENTLE! Please come in and ask for TINA.
