The store is okay I've had some bad experiences with a few of the cashiers lacking on the job laughing and playing not taking care of customers and ultimately end up into a confrontation with one of the cashiers I thought it was cute to slam the window in my face when I simply tried to explain to her why her and her co-workers behavior was unacceptable for customer service the window was slammed in my face she hollered at the boss to go ahead and fire her blah blah blah and acted completely unprofessional since then I have went back to that store and made up with the lady however the service is unacceptable for the community and for people that are in a hurry they're not deserve to be treated that way as if our time or our lives do not matter

The manager or the person with 0 interpersonal skills needs to be fired. Extremely rude and belligerent. Daytime shift with nose piercing and usually works the register. Extremely rude and always in a bad mood.

Avoid this place at all cost! I have been coming to this store for the last 2 years, however the last 3 months customer service has been atrocious. I am a disabled combat veteran and I'm absolutely fed up with how I have been treated. Today I had the worst customer experience I've ever had specifically with your associate Duice. She is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She refused to check me out, I asked to pay for my purchase and she continued to check 4 other individuals out who were behind me. These people weren't even in the store when I was standing at the counter waiting to pay. I am a disabled combat vet who has been treated like this more than once in your store. I will reach out to the veteran community and share my story and tell them never to come to this establishment. Your associate Duice is the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She refused to check me out, I asked to pay for my purchase and she continued to check 4 other individuals out who were behind me. These people weren't even in the store when I was standing at the counter waiting to pay. I am crippled so standing for any length of time is extremely difficult. i have been treated like this more than once in your store. I will reach out to the veteran community and share my story and tell them never to come to this establishment.

Since the change in ownership, the quality of this establishment has significantly declined. Communication is challenging as few employees speak English. Additionally, the posted deals are not honored, and there are noticeable issues with discriminatory behavior. While the building's appearance may have improved, the customer service and staff are subpar. I recommend avoiding this place unless you are prepared to deal with high prices, potential scams, and poor service.
