The person helping me was awesome. Narrowed down my 8 choices to 2 immediately and then helped me decide. I love them! Glasses were done in a short amount of time. Great place and HUGE selection of frames in every price range

Was just in your Sherman, TX location. Friendly staff, such a great selection and the best prices for the cutest frames! The best part was my daughter’s glasses were ready within an hour! Will definitely be going back in a couple of weeks after my eye exam!

Thank you for my glasses, they are wonderful, even used my benefits I didn't know I had. I appreciate yall, people don't understand the time it takes to make sure we are all taken care of and patience is what is required. Take the time to have patience when you come into this place, they really are trying to take care of YOU!

While Tracy at the Eyemart in Sherman is Fabulous highly recommend dealing with her above anyone else, I had to wait almost a month to get my glasses, because my lenses sat at the home office for over a week, then when i picked them up the lady changing my nose pieces lost the screw stripped it out so she had to find a replacement and she struggled. Not the best experience

Best experience I’ve ever had getting glasses. Traci was so helpful and very nice. I will recommend all my family and friends to go see Traci at Eyemart Express. Prices are unbeatable and the large selection of frames made it hard to choose just one. My glasses were perfect and ready in 2 hours.

I’ve now attempted to get my 2-year old glasses 4 times at this location unsuccessfully.The first time, I noticed I was expected to check into the QR location, so I checked in. After another 10-15 minutes of wondering why my name wasn’t showing on the waitlist, I realized it defaulted my phone to another location because I don’t allow location services. Seems like the QR code could/should be site-specific. Either way, user error. It took another 5-10 minutes to get a staff member to put me in the queue. Then, I was told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. So, I told her I’d have to come back.Attempt 2: The QR code wasn’t working. No one was available to check me in, so I started shopping for glasses. An influx of people came in while I was browsing for glasses, so by the time I got on the list (15-20 minutes later) there was several people ahead of me. I waited about 15-20 minutes and noticed the line wasn’t moving and I couldn’t wait any longer.Attempt 3: Read Attempt 2.Attempt 4: The QR code wasn’t working, but this time I was able to make it to second on the list after about 15 minutes of browsing for glasses. I probably waited about 10 more minutes for someone to help me. I tried to email my prescription multiple times and it wouldn’t go through. I tried emailing it in two different formats and tried sending it from multiple email addresses. Each time, the lady had to go to the back to check if it was received. I’ve had the glasses selected since the first visit, but they’re doing an offer for a second pair for free, but she wasn’t sure if there were any $19.95 toddler frames included in the second pair free special, so she had to go check. Of course, someone else had questions that she was happy to answer (understandably so, but maybe rerouting them to check-in would have been appropriate considering the wait time). After having been at the desk for around 20-25 minutes, she was still in the back and I couldn’t wait any longer. I notified an employee who was helping another customer at the time that I unfortunately couldn’t wait any longer for her and mentioned this was the 4th or 5th visit I’ve waited for 45+ minutes and left with nothing. My information still hasn’t been entered into the system, so I can’t order online and I’ll have to redo it all again next time. The other employee (Tracy) was apologetic and gave me her card with options for trying to make the next visit smoother.Long wait times are annoying in themselves, but then dragging along a two year old each time and still being in the same place I started this is just punishment. I honestly could have (and should have) anlready ordered glasses online but was really hoping to make this work.Potential customers:- You should plan for at least an hour. On second thought, I actually don’t know the full length of time it takes to complete the process at the desk, so maybe even more than that.- The staff seem to be friendly.Feedback to Eyemart:Your process is painful.- The check-in process is absolutely absurd. Are we so technologically advanced someone can’t put some “take one” numbers out or leave a piece of paper to write your name on? There has got to be a better process you could utilize.- Your staff need better access to printers or maybe email access that is visible to customers. I understand things happen, but when you have a long wait times already and then your staff member has to disappear in the back for 10+ minutes at a time, it’s really asking for a lot of grace from customers.- Can you not have a print out available or computer view of the $19.95 glasses to visualize options so the staff person doesn’t have to leave the customer again for another 10 minutes to search through frames for ones that qualify?- Please offer online shopping for new customers and/or new prescriptions. For those of us who have done the dog and pony show multiple times now, we’re ready to buy the product already!

Very unorganized. Waited 20 min before someone checked me in. Waiting another 30 minutes before being helped. Sitting here over a hour and still not done. When I corrected the person assisting me that my daughters glasses where a different lense she said, NO! Umm yes they are. So not only was the service terrible, we almost received the wrong script.

Great experience. Got there Saturday just after 12pm. Got signed in. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Machine was down in lab and was told to expect glasses in a week. They were ready Monday morning. Awesome job whoever.

Really wanted to give these people the benefit of the doubt..We came in Saturday, was being helped by someone who was new. I asked if she could price us with two lens options and got nothing from her. She just got up and walked to the back then came back with a tray and lenses and said “we have these lenses and this is what’s best for the prescription.” didn’t tell us what material of glasses we were getting, nothing. Poor girl was left to fend for herself, she asked someone to come double check her stuff and the lady just walked passed her and didn’t even acknowledge her. I asked for a breakdown of what we were being charged and she just said “that’s just what the insurance says you have to pay.” I had to call the store to get some help on the breakdown. She then let us know that the glasses were going to be ready by the end of Saturday didn’t hear from anyone. I called today, Monday, to ask for a status update. Tenesha answered the phone and before I was done speaking she interrupted me rudely and said “ma’am no one is going to be receiving their glasses soon because our machine has been down since saturday” if i was down then why tell us they would be done on a certain day? Apparently she’s the manager at this place now. I remember a sweet, manager they previously had named Traci.

After shopping and being very discouraged about the price of glasses, the Sherman Eyemart Express was the winner! I was seen in a timely manner, the tech was super knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal possible and my glasses were ready the same day, super fast!
