Was a good place years ago but it's drastically gone downhill since. If I have to pawn something again, I'll be looking elsewhere. Not only does it take forever for service, not very friendly like it used to be. I was in there twice today and they were even more rude the second time. I don't get it. I was just paying on a freaking loan. I know they have high turnover here, so hopefully big guy with the boots is gone soon. Used this place in emergencies off and on for over 20 years. Definitely not coming here in the future. The guy really seemed to really hate his job and it shows. I've dealt with customer service almost my whole life and currently in a job that depends on repeat service. They may not have to worry about that up there though, so it doesn't matter. At the end of a transaction, I expect at least a thanks or have a good day. Dude just handed me my change and receipt in his fist and turned and walked off without a word. You can bet I said something though.

Ez pawn is a joke!
3 employees in there just one other customer besides myself in there and no one cared to ask if I needed anything. They all just walked by like I wasn't even there!
