I’d rather speak on the phone with a debt-collector or the IRS than deal with FedEx in any capacity.I will no longer be ordering online from Sam’s club or Walmart JUST because they use FedEx. No wonder Amazon told them to kick rocks.

Everyone that works here has always been friendly and apologetic to the 10-15 minute wait you WILL experience to drop off one box. I love to shop Walmart online but their returns are in store or fedex drop only and I’m actually going to stop shopping there due to what a pain it is to drop boxes here. I feel so bad for them that there is only one employee working. Come on management. This is not ok.

If I could give no stars, I would. I needed some large copies in a bit of a hurry. I live 20 miles away, so I wanted to make sure they could do it. I called them three times and let the phone ring for 30 or so rings. No one ever answered the phone. I emailed them my question and no one answered the email. I won't ever go there.

Had a big to do list,print out picture,Fax several pages then, sent envelope off. They had the normal team and some managers. It was a delight to see employees giving it all. Thanks. I used to fly Dassault falcon 20 (FedEx’s start up jet in 1973) and Lear jets to charter moving FedEx and car parts. It’s never to late to fly freight. PROSIT

Employee Shawn was so helpful and friendly! I couldn't get my card to work in the printer so he set it up with a code so I could pay up front instead. I appreciate his helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.

Tiffany(sp?) is a stellar employee! I had many questions for her and she answered them all thoroughly. Admittedly, some of my questions were about the Ground facility, which were more complaints than questions. She answered everything professionally and kindly.This is the place to go in Texoma for FedEx shipping services.It is literally impossible to speak with a human at the Sherman FedEx Ground location. FedEx should unpublish the address and nonworking phone number for Ground in Sherman. What a waste of time. Seriously.FedEx should extend the pickup hours at FedEx Kinko's to 6:00pm as it was, pre-COVID. This location has always been professional and helpful. Please extend the pickup hours.Tiffany is an exemplary steward of the FedEx brand!!

Has been here multiple times. Always get amazed by the service they provide. Specially Sara goes above and beyond helping customers and colleagues at the same time. Such a wonderful person. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stopped in October or November to get pictures for passport renewal. Waited our turn, got up there and they had received a new camera and was not familiar with it. We waited while they tried to figure out how it works ( not their fault they should have been trained or shown) Finally got pictures, sent them off and today received an email from passport people that the picture was not of passport quality!! SO NOW, We go thru the process of everything AGAIN!!!!! Im not blaming the women, but they should have been trained or told how to do. Now we may not get to make our trip as we APPLY for the 2nd time. NOT REAL happy about this!!

I have found that this office location fails repeatedly to answer their phone, come on people, I know you get busy at times, but it takes "2 seconds", to pick up and say "please hold".Not to answer at all, on several occasions is simply rude, and says we have zero customer service skills.Actually not their fault, this should be handled switly by FedEx management, but maybe they don't care either.Go somewhere else, like Office Depot.

The temporary hours sign is placed at your knees. Remove the FedEx signs at your face on the door and put the sign there.

Drove down and only found a QuikTrip gas station and a McDonald's. there is no FedEx here. Yelp showed it closed @ 9:00 when called @8:00 pm a machine answer said they are closed. The map shows the store located in front of McDonald's.
